| -8 | Three schoolgirls who falsely accused a California teacher of being a "perv" who touched them inappropriately have been ordered to pay him $387,000 for defamation. The ringleader of the group, who was 11 years old at the time, must also pay punitive damages.I'm not sure a fucked up 11 year old should face this punishment. I mean, it's awful that this happened to the teacher, but how much sexual morality do we expect of an 11 year old? | /r/MensRights | 18/11/13 09:41 PM |
I could really use your help Reddit. I've been falsely accused of rape by a girl I didn't even have sex with. I've been questioned by police. I'm really scared and don't know what to do.I didn't think they could get DNA from precum as it's not cells? They would just be looing for whether or not it was there. | /r/MensRights | 26/10/13 11:41 AM

I'm really scared and don't know what to do.That's not how law works. It has to be proven that she was raped, not proven that she wasn't. If it can't be proven either way, he's innocent. | /r/MensRights | 26/10/13 11:40 AM |

I'm really scared and don't know what to do.I didn't state that as many others have, and I wanted to share the stuff I have knowledge about: how rape cases are investigated. He specifically asked about that. | /r/MensRights | 26/10/13 11:38 AM |

I could really use your help Reddit. I've been falsely accused of rape by a girl I didn't even have sex with. I've been questioned by police. I'm really scared and don't know what to do.1) Don't blame yourself. This girl is a criminal - it is not your responsibility to never do anything sexy with women in case they are criminals. 2) Only 25% of reported rapes result in arrest. And the majority of reported rape is real. So you've got a 75% chance of being fine legally. The chances of actually going to prison for a fake accusation of rape are very low (the chance of an actual rapist going to prison is quite low, but this is so people like you get justice) 3) The swabs taken will … | /r/MensRights | 25/10/13 11:00 AM
Heard a Katy Perry interview on the radio at work last night. New-found respect for her!New found respect for a woman who put out a music video with girls chasing a nervous runaway groom with fucking baseball bats? | /r/MensRights | 13/10/13 09:29 PM
One of the "joys" of being a male teacher in a primary schoolThanks for doing your job despite the bullshit. We need more men teaching primary. On an unrelated note, I remember sitting in a lesson in primary school, with no kids paying attention to their work because a kid had got himself stuck up a tree at breaktime and they still hadn't got him down. | /r/MensRights | 16/09/13 10:44 PM
My mom frequently send pro-feminism mass emails to her girlfriends, including her only son (me) and her husband (my step-dad). This morning, I decided I'd had enough.I dunno about MORE offensive. I'm not all that interested in who they're more offensive to; if they've managed to make both men and women feel like victims of sexism then they've seriously fucked up with their advertising. | /r/MensRights | 10/09/13 05:34 PM
My mom frequently send pro-feminism mass emails to her girlfriends, including her only son (me) and her husband (my step-dad). This morning, I decided I'd had enough.Actually, I'd say it's worse to send it to someone media-ignorant. This means she can't actually work out what's what, like people on here can. If you have a good point (and you do), then you don't need to give yourself leeway. To do so actually lessens your point that there's plenty of misandry in modern advertising and products. But thank you for including those 'funny' signs they sell in petrol stations and crap shops for stupid women to mock men. They make me want to vomit every time. | /r/MensRights | 10/09/13 05:23 PM
My mom frequently send pro-feminism mass emails to her girlfriends, including her only son (me) and her husband (my step-dad). This morning, I decided I'd had enough. While some of these make an excellent point (like what the FUCK is with that Samsung ad?), I'd have stuck to the adverts. Why? Because you can probably find offensive online images to back up any point. That 'men can't do anything right' is actually from a Powerpuff girls episode where the baddie (shown in the picture) is a man-hating feminist. Also, some of these are offensive to both men and women. Like the PMS ones - it makes women look abusive and men look like doormats. I'm a woman and I fe… | /r/MensRights | 10/09/13 05:18 PM
Real men have curves!A sense of wanting to improve oneself is good. What needs changing is that a lot of people have a crushed self-esteem and belief that they are so ugly and worthless that they feel to miserable to actually improve their health. And there are a lot of online fans of 'BBW' - 'Big Beautiful Women' - porn of obese women. At the tamer end, I know women who prefer chubby men, and men who prefer chubby women. | /r/MensRights | 13/08/13 09:51 PM
Real men have curves!I believe they also make skin bleach for people who want to look more like a white person :/ But they totally want everyone to love their bodies. | /r/MensRights | 13/08/13 09:46 PM
Real men have curves! This is silly. Everyone finds something slightly different attractive. As for big breasts - how big? Is Katie Price attractive to most men'? How about this woman? Similarly, I find my boyfriend's muscles from martial arts attractive, but don't like the rock-hard-abs look. | /r/MensRights | 13/08/13 09:44 PM
Real men have curves!Yes, that's what curvy always used to mean, and actually fucking means if you think about it. Their bodies curve more because their waists are thin compared to their breasts and hips. Fat is different. One can be fat and curvy, as I am. My waist is too large but my hips are noticeably far larger. Similarly, one can be fat but not curvy (sometimes called an apple shape). | /r/MensRights | 13/08/13 09:40 PM
Real men have curves!Made me laugh. I fucking hate the phrase 'real women have curves'. And I'm a curvy, fat lady. If the phrases 'real man' and 'real woman' could just disappear from the face of the Earth, I'd be pretty happy. | /r/MensRights | 13/08/13 09:35 PM
Saw this truly repulsive item at BuyBuyBaby and wrote to them on Facebook. They apologized, then deleted the apology and wrote another apology. Whole thing is really awful. The guy who made it said something like 'I don't care about gender equality, I just care about what sells' I was about to say amazon are hypocrites, but they're just responding to public pressure, and public pressure doesn't care about violence or prejudice against men or boys. | /r/MensRights | 21/07/13 10:54 AM
Saw this truly repulsive item at BuyBuyBaby and wrote to them on Facebook. They apologized, then deleted the apology and wrote another apology. Whole thing is really awful.Products with male-bashing slogans are fucking everywhere. When I was a kid, it was fashionable to have David & Goliath stuff. One of their best sellers was a design that said 'Boys are stupid, throw rocks at them'. I am part of a feminist group and can imagine the rage, the apologies and the withdrawal of some products if the genders were reversed on these. Because it's no longer okay to insult women, but it's fine to insult men. Ugh. But thanks for complaining. | /r/MensRights | 21/07/13 07:41 AM
When I was in junior high school I was sexually harassed by 3 or 4 senior students. I have crippling agoraphobia now, and I think that's why.I'm almost certain therapists are not trained/educated about males abused by females. They're still taught that abuse comes from men. I get strange responses when talking about a girl abusing a girl. It's a shit situation. There are a few specialist organisations that i would have thought would know about this stuff though - anti-bullying organisations and organisations for men who've been sexually abused. | /r/MensRights | 21/07/13 07:28 AM
/u/LittleOctopus asks "why can't we all just get along?" As suggested, cross-posts on /r/feminism... Post deleted within 29mins. Guess that's the answer.Gee, thanks. You don't know me to go around labelling 'people like me', and you've misunderstood me anyway. I put quotes, because 'feminist' doesn't have a concrete meaning. I say 'feminists' because anyone can call themselves a feminist or be labelled one, not because some feminists aren't cunts. | /r/MensRights | 21/07/13 07:15 AM
/u/LittleOctopus asks "why can't we all just get along?" As suggested, cross-posts on /r/feminism... Post deleted within 29mins. Guess that's the answer. Why is this getting downvoted? Just because feminist subreddits are bad doesn't mean feminism is. I would call r/twoxchromosomes loosely feminist - it's just a subreddit for women but it has a feminist feel to me. | /r/MensRights | 20/07/13 09:57 PM
When I was in junior high school I was sexually harassed by 3 or 4 senior students. I have crippling agoraphobia now, and I think that's why.I'm really sorry that this happened to you - I (female) had a similar comment made at me once in school and it's always stuck with me. It's the one incidence of bullying that I still hate to recall. I can see why it hurt you so much to have it happen frequently. Are you aware of r/anxiety? They may be able to give you a bit of help and support. I've had terrible anxiety and problems from a very young age and I'm doing well now. Never give up hope. | /r/MensRights | 20/07/13 06:25 PM
So I guess dating is "acquaintance rape". This shit is out of control.I'm pretty sure that's not what they mean, but it's phrased so ambiguously it is useless. | /r/MensRights | 20/07/13 06:20 PM
30yo Woman who stalked, drugged, 'held the boy down by his arms and they had rough sexual intercourse' and then fell pregnant is going to jail. Judge Anna Johns ... was addressing the matter in the same way she would if it was a male offender. Outstanding.I'm glad, this is a fucking horrific crime. | /r/MensRights | 20/07/13 06:16 PM
/u/LittleOctopus asks "why can't we all just get along?" As suggested, cross-posts on /r/feminism... Post deleted within 29mins. Guess that's the answer.Shit like this depresses me, but don't tar all 'feminists' with the same brush. I like to think I am an equalist, and so that includes being a feminist and a masculinist. We are equal, and should be treated as such. End of. | /r/MensRights | 20/07/13 06:15 PM
