Whisper may have written a shit ton of content, volume isn't everything. By only half remembering the science here he does the community a disservice. You call me a pleb, I'm saying that what is written here is no better than the people of Rome talking about yellow bile.

Didn't read beyond "only one of dopamine and serotonin is part of the economy", as Facebook, Netflix, Amazon do pretty well outta the former and Prozac, Zoloft and others make bank chemically manipulating the latter. Sorry to hear your momma didn't give you any oxytocin as a baby, OP. Also maybe try driving real fast to the temple of steel and get some endorphins & adrenaline flowing. I love RP, but how does half remembered science and tin foil hat bullshit add value to the community?

I'm in. Committing to Strong Lifts 5x5 starting with an empty bar because I'm a 5'7" skinny-fat former endurance athlete with a slightly bulging disc (have sought advice on this). My lifts will be pitiful compared to you all, but they will be my fucking lifts.
