Agree to disagree, people make other people upset and cause them to lose their frame all the time. Takes two to tango.

What's new in this thread is that it's the woman's fault if you do. Just because she may have baited him doesn't mean anyone here is placing the blame solely on her, the blame is being placed on the guy and you're concern trolling.

Men actually have slightly faster reaction speeds than women and in a game where milliseconds often mean the difference between a W or an L, that actually is kinda significant. http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0026141 http://www.waynesburg.edu/docman/70-the-observance-of-the-visual-reaction-time-of-non-athletes-compared-to-athletes/file http://prezi.com/bhdkf1rma4h2/male-vs-female-reaction-time/ I personally think it's good that women can compete with the men, s…

This is a great post and should clear up some misunderstandings about what TRP is... I simply changed my behavior and my SO just settled nicely into being second in command (we were arguing before TRP), things just kind of clicked when I let go and stopped giving a fuck about what she does. Ultimatly, it's for women's benefit, we're becoming the type of men that women desire, not the type that women settle for. Relevant Elliot Hulse video: http://youtu.be/_YNB39MwYhM

Go SLOW. Start of by working out, she'll notice that (my girl got a bit insecure and started working out herself when I did this, great for everyone involved). Add some more ass slaps here and there. Sometimes you should playfully tell her what to do instead of asking her. Embrace the position of "leader" in your relationship, but also, make sure she feels like her advice is valuable and that you consider it. Play the dread game VERY lightly, but it must be played sometimes. I made one mistake a…

For the last 35 years, women's happiness has steadily been falling both absolutely and relative to men. http://www.nber.org/papers/w14969 This aligns well with women entering the workforce en masse and focusing on career rather than family. More people to pay taxes... though. The unhappiest white collar people in America are single working women past their prime. http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/high-octane-women/201109/survey-reveals-unhappy-person-profile-shes-42-single-and-working

Basically, anything that would make her question her reliance on you as her "rock". Hurtful issues from your childhood or the past should be avoided if they are issues that still affect you in a negative way. Talking about other men who are giving you a hard time is a big nono because that immediately paints you as a weaker man. Talking to her about your insecurities in general should be avoided. Well, basically, if you're a good parent, the only free time you're going to get is when the baby sleeps, cause otherwise it's beneficial to her to be engaged. Whenever I try to sit down and do some work she seems to have a sixth sense and knows I'm not paying full attention to her. So lucky. Feminism in modern society enables many single mothers to act like children and blame pretty much everyone but themselves. I agree that deciding to never touching your dick again is borderline retarded and will actually make your t levels fall below base line. But it's important to not go too far the other way and think that there's nothing wrong with masturbating 2-3 times a day. To me, one of the main points of TRP is self improvement. If not masturbating for 1 - 3 weeks ata time is how certain people prime themselves for self improvement, what's wrong with that? Even if it is just a placebo for the most part...

To be fair to OP he did say "Testosterone levels are only increased on the 7th day of nofap and thereafter return to baseline." But I think he's drastically underestimating the value of testosterone in this department. Also, in many regards it's just a time waste like video games or TV, there's more productive things to do than masturbate, even sleep.

The placebo effect itself is proof of how much the mind can benefit the body, if it's working for people, what's the value in trying to keep people wasting their time masturbating when they could be working out or working on their social game? Something tells me this guy is feeling guilty about his habits or something and is trying to rationalize that guilt to the sub.

There's some scientific legitimacy to no-fap. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11760788?ordinalpos=16&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12659241?dopt=Abstract Basically, after orgasm, T-levels continue to rise for about a week to potentially reaching 145.7% of the baseline. After the seventh day, however, levels taper off. So if you masturbate every day, you won't get those higher T-levels, but it's also dumb t stop mastur…

I would take his advice and look into slightly lesser known stand-up guys. Lots of bitter guys here, but part of the endgame for RP is realizing that no sex is actually "better" than the other, we're just different, meant to compliment each other, not compete (as feminism often frames it). Accepting these differences is something feminism doesn't seem to be getting. Certainly a piece of this is what I stated at the beginning of this article, that the myth of the divorce rate has placed a dark cloud over the institution of marriage. Oh yeah, it's just the "myth of the divorce rate" that gives marriage a bad name. It has nothing to do with flawed alimony and child support laws that leave people open to financial and lega…

This is a long answer cause I feel like I can't without context for my life... sorry. Luckily, to be blunt, I wasn't the worst looking kid. Also, I was in a pretty beneficial situation as far as female attention goes. I was was the "new kid" in a small high school and had just gotten out of a pretty bad situation involving a shitacular mom (I made a post about it here). The discussion about boys and men must take place and it will, but this is a difficult time. Students especially need to be taught the discipline of listening. They should then make up their minds about what to believe, but only on the basis of information and critical discussion. I think this guy is underestimating just how willingly ignorant and anti-critical discussion academic feminists are.

Yeah, I've never been to either of those subs but there's benefits to not jerking off and ejaculating every night. I would personally try to align it with t-levels if I didn't have an LTR. Your T levels fall and then rise again after ejaculation. T levels continue to rise for about a week then it tapers off. So once a week is optimal for most men. I wouldn't go pure no fap because not only is it just depriving yourself of a need, it's also unhealthy because you'll have a higher risk of testicle …

Yep, when people start to swallow TRP they need to make a deal with themselves. Men should no longer shame themselves or repress their natural sexuality which tends to hinge on women's physical qualities, and in return we also need to not shame women for acting according to their own sexuality which hinges more on our masculine personality and status (looks still matter but not as much as it does to men).

Just because many women ride the cock carousel doesn't mean they aren't still being selective, they're sleeping with lots of men, and those men tend to be alphas. Marriage counseling, spend a bunch of money to talk with someone who resents you and/or is resented by you. And have a third party there to reiterate everything you say, just in different words. Also the counselor relies on your family dysfunction to get paid. Cheaper to throw it all away and start at the bottom with a new thirst. I say if you're still younger than 50, you can make it work. The toys thing, while evidence of girls and boys being different naturally, isn't relevant to their aptitudes. It kinda does though, it shows them boys tend to be more interested in working with THINGS while girls tend to be more interested in working with PEOPLE. This is reflected in their career choices through out history and even in modern times... It's clear that you aren't working with the same amount of information I am though, so we can just agree to disagree.

Yeah noticed that part of your post. I was just saying that I don't think it would hurt anyone who wanted to go gluten free, whether they were allergic or not. I suppose it's more trouble than it's worth for most people though, cheap bread is filling, I can't deny that.

I won't pretend I have a degree in nutrition or anything, but I personally have been staying away from gluten anyway. The less gluten I eat with well rounded meals, the better I feel afterward and I don't feel like I need to crash on the couch for 2 hours afterward. It's just hard to digest and I don't think you actually NEED gluten for anything anyway. Anyway, great post. It's basic build…

Did you learn that in your gender studies 101 class? No, it's not. Gender is the result of differing behavioral patterns between the sexes as result of gendered biology. Men produce and use WAY more testosterone than women and testosterone has undeniable effects on personality and behavior... Same with women and estrogen. Men are considered the "warriors" or "hunters" or "builders" in almost all cultures no matter how vast the chasm of distance or time is in between them. To deny that biology te…

which is a disagreement between brain and external gender. Which is more of a biological issue, not a sociological one. There are male traits that are considered male traits in almost every culture through out time. Same with feminine traits...
/r/TheRedPill19/02/14 02:23 AM
6

If these folks want to go MTF or FTM it's not because of the biology. It's because of sociology! It's obviously a mixture of both, to say otherwise would be to deny the effects of testosterone and estrogen on the human psyche. There's many accounts of trans* people reporting feelings of relief and comfort after hormone therapy, that's a biological effect, not a sociological one.

You don't even need the brain scans to know that each case of gender dysphoria is evidence against gender being a social construct. If someone is raised their entire life to think they're a man, by immediate friends and family to the greater of society, and STILL come out the other side KNOWING they are actually a woman, (or have the mind of a woman at least) it totally destroys their whole argument. Almost every case of gender dysphoria is a case against blank slate theory and gender being a so…
