Good advice, but why the one day of 1000 calories more? Why not ~100cal more each day?

My point is that this should be included in your calculation of calories in calories out. The type/ amount of exercise you do will determine the amount of calories you burn, which is factored in under calories out.

You do realise exercise is included in this as calories out right? Metabolism is simply the mechanism for the process. Outside of medical conditions, it is a myth that metabolism plays a major role. Eat more = gain weight, eat less = lose weight.

If you are gaining weight it is simply because you are eating too much. Calories in, calories out. It's really that simple.

This post not only ironically demonstrates your inability to properly comprehend academic literature, but also that you are stuck in an ideological phase of 'proving' men are 'better' than women.

Lol dude multivitamins don't have the proper dose of every vitamin. They just fit as many as they can to make it look like all bases are covered. Take 50mg zinc a day and 300mg elemental magnesium. Also, 5000 UI vit D3. I like ZMA at night, I also take it with fish oil.

Very wealthy, intelligent and top of his field? That's more than you will ever be. Just because he isn't jacked and unmarried does not make him blue pill.

Your body will readjust quickly. Give it a few weeks and you should be right back where you were. I can relate though, I know that feeling, can be very demotivating

TRP seems to fiercely oppose post modernism in society understandable but the notion of thinking for your self instead of a group truth seems in line with post modernist ideals.

Yeah I think we can both agree that in theory it is interesting but it's usefulness in practice is limited.
/r/TheRedPill19/06/17 10:02 AM

I would argue that it doesn't accept objectively that there is no objective truth, but rather rejects the notion that there is. Semantic point, but significant nonetheless. I actually find post modernism quite interesting from a philosophical standpoint. To what extent is anything 'real'? Doesn't mean I have to agree with applying it to other contexts.

Very true, a lot of misinformation in this thread. Kind of ironic, the 'sweeping statements' made

Actually, it really isn't surprising at all. If the working class believe they are exploited, a revolution that sees them share the spoils of the wealthy would be quite an appealing prospect. This is regardless of whether or not you believe communism is a good system.

Post modernism doesn't actually contend that it cannot be questioned. Quite the opposite actually, a core message is question everything.

No ideology is entirely reputable. One must look at the perspective it can offer to explain or view certain specific phenomena. To dismiss it entirely would be ignorant. Also, there is no objective claim in post modernism. Again, to dismiss Marxism entirely would be ignorant also. It ain't offers a different view on the world and is important to form balanced ideas. You don't have to agree with it to see its importantance. The extremes serve to balance society somewhere in the middle.

Interesting, I just did an essay on a similar topic. I would argue that this is an oversimplification of postmodernism and blurs the lines between it and neo-Marxism. The video does make some good points. Though, ideologies are almost always limited when used to try to explain everything. The reductionist and individualism critiques are more academically sound than simply not liking it though.

Dude a similar thing happened to a guy I know. The wife (while they were getting divorced)was bipolar and assaultedd him, punched him and threw plates at him. He just pushed her away and left. While he was gone, she called the police and pressed DV charges. When he tried to come back he has a restraining order against him while it went to court. He did not want to press charges as he believed in a civil divorce for their kid. He lost, is a registered violent offender, now can't get a job or see …
