I guess so. When I started (she knew that we are friends) she even asked me what's up with him.... She even catched him once sleeping during work. As I said before it takes a major fuck up for them to fire you. But since on average 50% of people quit within the first 3-6 months having someone like the stoner, work there for 5 years is a rather rare occasion.

That's not so easy because we all already violated the policy. Everyone would know that I'm just being a dick to her and if the bosses ask they might just tell them. But it might work....

you mean that in a good way or bad way? because this job requires literally no education what so ever. Some social skills (to interact with clients) might be beneficial but are not a necessity..

Even though I appreciate your help it is Not entirely accurate since it's missing some Details. 1) we communicate with everyone, including our Bosses via. whatsapp. So that's no issue. 2) It happens in average on 30% of our shifts that we Need to Contact someone Off Duty. I've been called at Midnight and 7am on my off Days aswell. Never Had an issue with it. 3) I know, I have no Troubles accepting that I am a Worm. But so is she. The Thing is if no One puts an end to her toxic behavior (even Cli…

I already tried that. I just summarized the convo in the OP but in total I wrote: 1) Even if we forget that I already helped you on my off days, there are nicer ways to react than writing 'What do you care'. 2) At the moment the customer started stressing me about this topic it became my concern aswell (she claimed that this doesnt concern me) 3) If you want to be treated respectfully you gotta return the favor. You can't say stuff like this and expect me to ignore it. To which she replied and I…

Shit like what? The stoner guy I don't really care about but the other friend is one of my oldest friends ever. We've spent like 15 years together. Challenging a friendship because of a stupid bitch is not worth it imho.

The princess is on same level as me. Her cousin (minor boss) is above us.

No she sadly does not ! Last week we had a dinner together and she said and I quote the girl seems to be a really shy introvert Me and the other co-workers quickly exchanged looks of confusion... So if I were to show her the conversation from whatsapp, I'd shatter her perception of the princess completely

That's good I'll keep that option definitely in my mind. Thank you very much

yea, probably. This company is very forgiving to the employees. You'd need a major fuck up for them to fire you or be extremely lazy and ignore their requests to improve for them to fire you. yea, that's what I was planning. Next time I see her, I'll tell her that from now on we will talk only about job related stuff and only when we really have to.

She might have felt it was rude calling her and expecting her to do you a favour. I did not call her. I just send her a text (before things escalated) she could have easily ignored. I don't know the stoner guys official stance yet. We will see what come out of it... Anyway thanks for your time & help.

Of course she doesn't have to help me, that's why I didn't call her just shot her a casual text, she could have ignored. Even though our boss (friends mum) always reminds us to be helpful to each other. But she behaved extremely unprofessional and insulting. Am I supposed to forget about it and pretend like nothing happened? Calling me a little rat is ok at the workplace ? And of course I won't contact her anymore. And just the same I expect to not be contacted from her anymore.

yea, I'm not saying im 100% innocent, I might have pushed to far, which im ready to apologize for if it comes down to it. But she gotta apologize for being extremely rude aswell.

1) she says no in a very rude manner. 2) Her request was NOT company related. It was more like a 'move my jacket to a different locker' demand, which is something we sometimes do for each other because it makes stuff easier. But OFFICIALLY we even aren't allowed to go into each others lockers. It's a violation of company rules.

Of course im going to quit. As a master Graduate in a stem Field I'll have plenty of other options and they know it. There is no Way a master of Science will work in 'warehouse - like conditions' along with others who didn't even Finish school

I would understand it but because of the Nature of the job asking someone for help on a day Off is Not that uncommon. Same Girl Contacted me aswell in the past and last Week the Stoner Manager woke me up twice at 7am (on my off days) because he needed something. He even made the other beta Friend to get up at 7am on his day off and go to the Office because the Stoner forgot the Keys. So yea.....helping each other out seemed like a normal Thing to me.

No Hr departement. Wouldn't going to the Friends mum make me look like a snitch/baby? It would win me the battle but I might suffer long Term since we see the mum maybe once a month.

It's a rather rare occasion but Yes sometimes it is extremely helpful to ask someone what happened during his/her shift. One could do without it, it would just Take 10x longer. Love the advice so far. Thanks

The Stoner guy is where he is because at the Time of his promotion he was the only Person Working Full Time (which is a req. for manager). I actually remember him complaining about the promotion because it meant more responsibilities. That's how bad he wants to chill. Hm, im Not 100% certain, he also doesnt give to many fucks about Girls. He might whiteknight it but he already experienced her toxic Nature First hand and might not.

No, he told me to forget about it, swallow it down and just do her the favor in order to not make the atmosphere toxic. This is where I disagreed.

Hm... My only concern here might be that the stoner guy might be pissed that I broke chain of command. I could ask him to have a talk with her though. But then again he just wants to chill and any additional work pisses him off....
