I know a child's death is always a tragedy, but man they really could've worded that a bit better, because for a good thirty seconds there I thought this story was even worse than it actually is.

Childish is what she is. She thought she could just act out however she wanted but at the end of the day there'd always be someone there to have her back just by sheer virtue of her existing. I feel like that's the subconscious message a lot of women are getting from the way they are treated. And then the ones like many of those that eventually end up being posted in this sub go ahead and cross line after line after line and then act all surprised when they finally step over one where society's …

Yeah, she's being vapid, but with old people like this I can never quite shake the feeling that they're also bit bitter about not being able to enjoy vapid things anymore.

Why include his full name and picture while preserving her anonymity?

Her mistake: Didn't do it to a guy.

The game doesn't even feature the movie's all-women cast. It still is shit, though. Arguably worse than the movie.

Honestly, the only real assholes in this story are the parents.

Then I wouldn't take any more or any less offense than if she had simply called me an ugly cunt instead. Well, maybe a little bit more or a little bit less since that's not quite as precise. But if you're reducing people to their attractiveness level to their faces you are a douchebag, either way, whether you use numbers or words. But he wasn't approaching her like "Hey there, 10 from the gym" Using certain terms to refer to an absent third party is simply a linguistic convention. That doesn't n…

I never got what's so terrible about the number system. Would it have been any more personal had he written that he asked out an extremely attractive girl? All you're doing by using those numbers is being more precise about how attractive the person in question is to you. It's not like he's substituting that number for her name in every day interactions.

Ever had a time that you or a friend made a really funny quip and you can't help but laugh every time you think back to it? I have. If you have anything like that that you just have to laugh at every time you remember it, harness it.

Chances are I would. I mean, come on, the compatibility would be through the roof. I'm the type of person to try to never step on anyone's toes, I have very specific tastes - at least for where I'm from - and while I may not be the hottest out there I'm not unattractive enough to devalue those first two points. I have a feeling this was intended to gently push us into the self-improvement corner, making us realize that we expect things from potential partners that we don't bring to the table our…

Oh, my god, I want to see that reporter's reaction. Bracing for a hell of a show of mental gymnastics to conclude Ronda is just so wrong.

That's beside the point. I'm just saying, it's the expectations that make the disappointment. Sure lesbians can make it work and that means so can guys with small dicks. But the impression the girl gets will be very different

The difference is, though, that lesbians don't get into it expecting a dick.

I came to this conclusion myself a while back. Only thing is, I'm not sure I can convincingly portray that.
