This is a really interesting case. Obviously, what happened to this man is reprehensible, but it does highlight a serious problem with almost every work place, i.e., being forced to choose between family and work. This is a problem that both men and women have to deal with, and TBH, by the mere fact that women have to take time off during pregnancy, women who choose to bear children deal with this the majority of the time, getting passed over for promotion by men and other women who do not have …
