I feel ya! Not long ago I had posted in a sub about my abuse as a child and how a close female friend blew it off as me being irrational to think my experience was traumatic. And how she went on to say her parent’s divorce was more traumatic than me being sexually abused. The way it was described was that they fell out of love and respectively went their separate ways. Really not that big of an issue compared to sexual abuse and harm to child. Anyways, she both admitted to me being right and her…

Speak about it naturally. Know your talking points. Especially don’t seem nervous or use “uhhmms”. Just like public speaking. Doing the opposite might come off as you’re trying to get a reaction on the subject and the guy you’re speaking to might convey that as an insult or an attack on them. I say that from my own experience. I’ve had women who express their values in equality and try to encompass the male perspective. Including men in on that equality. The way it should be. But they threw it i…

So many women are secretly homophobic. A good sign of that is if a woman asks you for your opinion on sexuality or LGBTQ. They’re seemingly on a quest to test you and your tolerance for something. Yet when you answer their question, it’s never an open subject. They’re just collecting an answer. Really all they’re doing is finding a reason to sway their opinion for the subject. I was asked my opinion once and straight up switched gears. This woman constantly bragged about how well rounded they ar…

You see this a lot in public organizations. Picking one side and repressing the other. Especially with gender equality. As much as I am for women’s success, their acceptance and the ability for them to succeed just like a man, I call it hypocrisy when the only way they think it’s possible to achieve that level of ‘fairness’ is to repress the opposite sex into submission. You just don’t take something that has happened to your group, turn it around, repackage it and do it to another group. I say …

Not everything in life is free. I hope women who do this eventually realize they created stigmas like these. It doesn’t benefit them in any way. Just makes it harder for actual good women to succeed with their dates.

There’s no way a bill like this would benefit anyone except for false accusers.

I swim a lot and are part of a club at my local pool. It’s not just a club for men, women are accepted and we highly encourage it. Do the women who go to our pool show interest in joining? They don’t and have showed a strange disgust towards us swimmers. We do have a couple women in our group and they too are weirded out that we are being judged just for wanting more equality amongst us. And I get it, it’s something that not everyone will want to do. They just want to go for a swim and go home. …

Sorry to hear that about you and your wife. Hopefully it doesn’t resort to separating. I feel you on women not taking accountability for their words or actions. Every relationship I’ve been in has always been one sided. I’ve made my fair share of mistakes, but so have the women in my life. Yet they can’t be bothered in admitting they’re human too. It’s a constant struggle.

When I was younger (I’m 29 now) birthdays were a lot of fun for me. I would have friends over, there would be cake, and it was my day. Now, it’s rare I even get a “happy birthday” from anybody. At work they list everyone’s birthday on the fridge. My female coworkers go crazy about it. Getting each other gifts, saying “happy birthday” non-stop, and giving that person a crap ton of attention. Something I’d like for sure. The kicker is, this past year I shared my birthday at work with a new coworke…

No offense, but I’m not sure what you’re getting at with this. They could just be student doctors or nurses. Even chemistry students. Many professions wear lab coats. Aren’t we trying to shed a better light on men to show the opposite sex that we’re not a threat or that we both can coexist? This is just stirring up nonsense.

The heuristics around men being the problem for all female issues. I don’t see why men are pushed into a corner and coerced to believe they are a core component to a woman’s issues. What I mean is, you take someone (a man) who has nothing to do with any particular issue a woman might be going through, but it’s brought up in conversation or whatever, that they are the problem to that woman’s problems because they exists as a man and not as a woman. I get that feeling a lot when talking to women. …

They treat their friends and relationships like ‘patients’. As if they have to fix them.

This speaks to me. On so many levels! I befriended a coworker who went to school for social work. There were so many red flags from the beginning and I was naive to think they wouldn’t get in the way of our friendship. The roller coaster effect set in on multiple occasions, where I was attacked mentally and verbally for no reason. Then it would go back to normal and she liked being around me again. She would dodge any opportunity I presented to be seen with her outside of work, she would get ups…
