| 3 | Weird feelingWeird feeling sucks. Divorced for a year been separated for 31/2. Wife asked me what I wanted to take with me or what I needed. WTF. Don’t want anything we ever shared. Nothing. You’ll end up getting a bed. It will be your bed. Not the marriage bed. This is important. Hope you don’t have kids cuz that sucks. Rips your heart right out. Good luck man. Remember you are good. | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/02/20 10:21 PM |
| 2 | What's the funniest thing that happened during you divorce that made you feel better (if only for a little while)? She told me , “ and another thing; all of my friends think you’re a funny guy, a funny guy, funny, funny, funny, funny, funny, a really funny guy”. She had zero sense of humor ( she Swedish). I told her a marriage needs a sense of humor. I lost my sense of humor when she took the dough though. I will get back on my feet with a smile on my face and have laugh lines as I age, she’ll have the frown. | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/01/20 01:40 AM |
| 1 | Divorce after twenty years.Kids don't talk about it with me but I rarely see them, they will figure it out but definitely crushing in the meantime. I stopped drinking with my wife because it always ended in an argument. That was a real eye opener. If you know for sure your daughter would live with you I would do it. Try to get your wife help first, maybe you can save it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/06/18 02:27 AM |
| 1 | Divorce after twenty years.Don't leave your kids. I did assuming they would want to live half time with me. Bad assumption. Now I don't see them at all. Girls ages15,17. It is crushing. I should have stayed in the house. | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/06/18 02:45 PM |
