I am all about making sex work legal. And same with abortions. Sex work should be legal and well regulated.

Sex work is real work... if they want access to sex there plenty of people who will provide it in exchange for money.

I am all of these things and I am not an incel. I have not dated in 12 years. To be fair I transitioned like 9 years ago. I am an very outgoing person now. I don't feel like I am owed anything, which is some of the reason why incels are so unattractive. I am interested in women only. Not men. Other than wise I would not be single. Plenty of men trying to get in my pants. Anyways there is a lot more that comes with incels than depression and loneliness.

People already tend to be pretty explicit when it comes to consent for sexual touching, so it is hardly necessary to make any changes to the current social ruleset in order to "do right by everyone involved" Me too movement exists for a reason. There is plenty of stories of sexual assault. And its happened to too many woman. So no not everyone is being treated correctly. So its time something change. Asking for consent. And making it something important.

I am not saying that all men are bad, I am saying that we need to change how we do things as a sociality. Because one half of society is getting hurt. So maybe just maybe we need to stop doing certian things. And start doing something new. Trying to justify why we should continue the behavior is part of the problem. Just like we should be paternity testing every brith we should be asking for consent.
/r/MensRights08/10/18 09:27 PM

Why is asking for consent such a hard thing? All I see is excuses. And ya the woman was obviously had issues. I was literally in a corner at one point. With her way in my personal space. I was also 19 at the time, and didnt know how to say no.

I have seen tons of guys making moves on girls who want nothing to do with them. Using confidence as an excuse. You can be confident and still ask. Its time for men to change how they act towards women. This is the same toxic bullshit that leads men to force themselves on women. This is literally why women get assaulted. Maybe you should listen to your female friends about their me too moments.

It would have given my at least the opportunity to say yes or no. Just because I felt like i couldnt have said no doesnt mean I would have said yes. In todays culture do you really want to take a chance on sexual assaulting a person? Even if thats not your intentions. Personally I rather have a woman reject me because I asked then to do that to someone. then again I am trans woman and I am used to rejection. My ego wont be shattered by someone telling me no. So maybe its time to stop forcing our…

I think there is nothing wrong with asking, 'Can I kiss you?' or 'Do you want this?' That is verifying consent. Which can be retracted at anytime. Guess what, you should give consent too. It should be something that we talk about. When I was living as a man there were a few times where I was not ok with the female interest. I felt trapped. That went along with it so it could be over and done. It was not ok. I did not want to be with them. Thinking back on it now, I didnt feel like I could say no…

Welp.. It's true. I have now dealt with both sides of the fence. And I will take the female side every time. Minus the whole feeling unsafe walking down the street. But I have to worry about violence more than the average female. I literally experienced being locked up for being abused and physically assaulted too. Its the main reason I am in this sub. Lol, I am totally a tomboy, nothing wrong with that. I am definitely not a girly girl. Though I am trying to at least dress more posh and girly. So I am not big on the whole having to be a man or super girlie. Gender roles are so 1950s. I never grew up girly. Basically be yourself. Woah, let me say this. I went from 175 lbs a healthy weight for me at 6'1. And gained 55 lbs to be 230 lbs. I was definitely overweight and obese even if I didnt "look" it. I since dropped to 190 lbs. and working to get to 175 again. A lady, at say the average tallness gaining 65lbs would put her into the morbid obesity category. if she was right in the middle the healthy bmi range. This is all kinds of unhealthy.

I am talking about altering the brain structure and function. (way future tech) Antidepressants only helps the brain function better bringing you closer to normal function. Its the same for my brain only in a different way. I need high levels of estrogen and lower levels of testosterone for my brain to function more appropriate.
/r/MensRights25/03/15 07:33 PM
1

I have gender dysphoria, I am a transgender woman. You are an autistic person. The treatment may require serve altering of the brain, which can change a person greatly. That would not be ethical. A treatment that minimum impact on that person. In fact the best course of action that shows the greatest promise is to catch it early and to have them go through the puberty of their chosen gender.

Heres one article. http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn20032-transsexual-differences-caught-on-brain-scan.html#.VRLnh_nF-FU Sorry its diffcult to find the right things because there is so much trash out there in the way of papers and fact. thank you christian right for the misinformation. Also we are only beginning to know and understand the human brain let alone a human suffering from gender dysphoria.

Opps sorry I thought that you were the previous poster. I was not quite awake yet. Well to answer your post. I should say that it may be not possible to treat the causes. And when we can the treatment may not be ethical. Honestly the best treatment in our lifetime may be 3d printed gonadal tissue to replace the endocrine function of the original so that a trans person is not dependent on medication. And other 3d printed structures.

Well I don't think that's it's so much being PC as much as its being respectful and taking the time to learn more about the person. And I see myself as a woman who happens to be trans too. Being trans is a part of who I am. But it's not all of what I am just a part. However currently it is a big part of what I am currently going through, mostly because I am in early stages of transition. Just over one year. It takes a many years. I will see if I can find it. I really need to keep some of the studies I find bookmarked. And yes, it's a treatment. Estrogen and testosterone blockers to change my secondary sex characteristics more to the female side. Remember hormones are neurotransmitters.

I completely agree with your statement that we need to improve the quality of mental health in this country and others. It's a travesty. And it needs to be addressed and fixed. It would go a long way to help everyone. Also it's not transgendered(noun) , just transgender people/person /man/women and we are not transgendered(verb) , we have gender dysphoria. It's a pet peeve I have when people use it wrong. And also can be offensive. It's an adjective not a noun or verb. But as far as misuse goes,…

Yes it's a shame, I am glad that I am not a trans woman of Color. I feel terrible for those women. Not only is the suicide rates high but also the murder rates(5 times more likely to be murdered than white, and believe 8 times more likely to be raped) . They are also more prone to do sex work and more likely to contract hiv. It's more shitty just in general. But I feel that it's just that way overall between the races.

Yes, I have attempted the same when I was 6 or 7. And I agree that it was the wrong way to try to fix the problem. Changing your outside is kinda like dating someone. Having someone doesn't make you happy, they just add to it. Changing the outside can't make you happy, it can only add to it. In my case, having the right hormones an internal Change, severely decreased my depression. But not being treated as how you identify hurts a ton. I see myself as female. And do need to be more feminine in b…

actually once I got on the correct hormones, my depression went away. with that alone I became happy. It took a few months, but it got there. And no its not a mental illness, although it was once considered a mental illness just like homosexually. There was a study down where they gave short term hormone treatments(estrogen) to Cis men and they showed symptoms of an untreated trans men(female to male). Understanding the causes of gender dysphora is still in the early stages.

Well it's not about the surgery. It's about who we are, not what's in between our legs. But here's one place that gives study information there's so much junk information out there. But basically transition is about increasing ones happiness, and I think that those that do have regret loose sight of that, and believe that it will fix them.

Yep I can agree on that.
/r/MensRights25/03/15 12:31 AM

Naw that's incorrect. The whole post op regret is less than 0.5%. And there are a ton of us that are non op. Myself included, I just don't feel like it's what I am looking for. You are vastly misinformated/under informated. I am always happy to answer questions. Btw if you don't identity as your assigned gender, then guess what you're trans. That simple.
/r/MensRights25/03/15 12:26 AM

Yes that's pretty much the thought process a lot of us have. "I would like you to accept me. But at the very least could you treat me like a person." I was bullied all the way through school for being myself. Not even for being trans. Just a little weird. Bullying and discrimination needs to stop. Though now that I think about it, my weirdness would have been normal for a girl.

While yes I agree its not the best metric for suicide. Its all that we have in the trans community. Its really hard to ask a dead person, hey how do you identify?

Just terfs. We don't like them either.
/r/MensRights24/03/15 10:00 PM

Yes, it's not easy being trans. From the increased rates of violence and murder. To the work discrimination. To our own internal struggle. Even legislation. I didn't have a choice in the matter. It's just who I am. Well the choice was transition and be happy or be completely depressed. Also a lot of us are very strong persons.
/r/MensRights24/03/15 09:59 PM

None taken. Suicide should be taken seriously. No matter if your man, woman or gender queer/ transgender. I just wanted to bring it to your attention that basicly we are in the same boat.
/r/MensRights24/03/15 08:13 PM

Oh I agree and we do try to bring awareness. There was just a big rally in Hollywood. But I also think that bringing it up at times like this is important and appropriate. I am a big men's rights supporter. Especially when a lot of men's issues fall into trans issues. Like say parental rights. Also I accept ma'am, miss, lady, dudette, bro-ette, and tallette. And many more.

I would like to inform you that the suicide rates among transgender persons is very high. The attempt rate alone is over 40%. I have had several friends kill themselves and many more scares. I myself have thought about it. And I don't see it on the front page of the news.

I am with you, I did not have an unbiased and fair experience with the the law when my ex battered me and hit me with the car. In fact I consider myself quite lucky that I was only "detained" for 5 hours on charges of false imprisonment. All of time, I was in need of medical attention. I had an altered state of consciousness. That's the last time I will call the cops and faith lost in police. And what lead me down the path of men's rights.

Yes. It's on the same level as throwing acid on someone's face. Just a bit more fucked up because of the sensitively of the area. And impairment of functions. And loss of reproduction. I mean she's a psycho of a person and she did great bodily harm to him. And it's fucked up beyond measure to do to him. But what does it have to do with men's rights? Was it because a penis is involved? Is it just because the victim is a man in this case. What if the attacker was a man? What if the victim was a fe…

The thing is that it's a civil right. And the banning of it is a violation of civil rights. So no it will be really hard to reverse the mindset. Mostly because the people who are against it are dying off. If men don't want to get married to women because of it doesn't offer benefits, and if men feel forced into it. There won't be last long and the birthrate will still decline. Basically they will be forced to remove the factors negatively impacting men.

Here's the thing I am a woman just a transgender woman and therefore included in women. By listing trans folk separate its like saying that we are not women or men, in the case of my trans brothers. Can't forget those great guys. Basically what I am saying that there isnt any reason to list us separately.

it still sounds as you are rationalizing it. Frankly you are being transphobic also cisgenderism. Well I am sure that if you could figure out how to prevent it a lot of us would be happy it wont affect others. But I and others are already here and are trans. Ha, I can believe it. I just don't go easy on any one. Form is super important. How can you get so far without knowing how to punch. I have lost a lot of my strength, I am trans. So when I do go back to training I hope the guys won't go easy on me or they might be eating mat. At least I can still tower over most them at 6'1
/r/MensRights16/01/15 05:25 AM

So when does this good treatment kick in? I am trans, and can't wait to be treated better.

I always love not going easy on men and women in martial arts. especial self defence classes. The woman always complain, guys always want more. One thing an instructor said to these a group of these girls after they complained that I was too rough stuck with me. "You should be thanking starbuxed. because an attacker isnt going to go easy on you either. because of him you will be more prepared."

I can't even imagine that. I had to save one of my friends from Vegas a few months back. That's the last time I was out of state and I don't know how many years before that.

It was a joke. I am transgender, so yeah I would be getting more tests to be sure. Including a DNA test when it's born. So you have to see where I am coming from
/r/MensRights19/12/14 04:32 PM

Well being that I am unable to get a woman preggers at this point. Her getting pregnant would either be a miracle or a giant red flag. I would be running off to the store to get more tests for sure.

I dont know what I am saying other than I understand loneliness and being rejected for something I am and have no control over. I am wanting to find someone who can love me for me no matter what.
/r/MensRights19/12/14 06:35 AM
1

Yes, love someone for who they are not what they are, though finding someone who you are attracted to never hurts. I have a big heart I can love different types of people. Lifes journey between two people build love.

I miscarried. Pfff. Run.
/r/MensRights19/12/14 03:57 AM

Well I live in LA county if that makes it easier to find me. But yes, There is at least one person who finds your height a huge positive. I want to find someone my equal in life, to stand shoulder to shoulder with. That I can fully embrace. Edit someone should love you for you just not how tall you are. Because of the rarity of taller girls, I doubt I will find someone who is of stature. Also I happen to be trans, that really kills my dating pool. Most women tend to nope out.
/r/MensRights19/12/14 02:26 AM
1

Well if your trans friend is a trans woman then their lesbians. if your trans friend is a trans man, then its a hetero relationship. but then again why label things. My problem is that I am still in guy mode, and my guy mode is getting more attractive as a guy. So when I tell them that I am trying to become a woman they freak or instantly reject me. And I have tried online with lesbains. and I am just too manly for them. I havnt had anything in years. I am actually pretty lonely.
/r/MensRights19/12/14 12:43 AM

/r/MensRights18/12/14 09:40 PM

Being that I am trans I dont worry about the sudden stiffie anymore. hormones tend to knock that down. And I havnt had a gf in a long time. Women tend not to like the fact I am trying to become more womanly myself. sigh I am too girly for the straight ones and too manly for the gay ones.
/r/MensRights18/12/14 09:09 PM

As someone with an 7.75 x 8 dick, there's a thing as too big. Most women need a lot of foreplay. 6 x 5 is the magic number.
/r/MensRights18/12/14 08:09 PM
2

I'm 6'1, a girl being tall is one of the most sexy things to me. Do you know why? because looking someone directly in the eyes is the most intimate interaction, I can have. So having someone I wrap my arms around, look her in her beautiful eyes and kiss is not something I take lightly And is super hot. Most girls when I wrap my arms around them, I can put my chin on the top of their head. This not something I want. Now you being 5'10 is perfect.
/r/MensRights18/12/14 08:03 PM

I am 100% for not changing the standards. I will tell you why. I am a trans woman , and I have been on hormones for almost a year. And my hormones are that of an average woman. I have already lost about a 20% of my strength. Before I started I am sure that could pass the requirements. Now I know that I can't. Well not without a ton of training. I know that I couldn't do that job now. I am not saying that women can't do it. I am not saying that women should not be firefighters, heavens no. They s…

Though if giver of the rring was found to be cheating, that could be considered a break of the contract by them. Therefore the ring is forfeit by that person. /r/MensRights03/12/14 09:18 PM

But I have to stab myself in the leg 4 times a month with a large needle to have what these women have naturally. So I should get 4 days off a month to deal with the emotional and physical trauma. All joking aside I really have to and it can really hurt sometimes.

Let put it this way, I don't make a lot of money and can barely afford to go and pay for dates. I have had more than one of my female peers tell me, I shouldnt be dating if I cant afford to pay for the date. A lot of these women expect to be treated like princesses and be taking of like queens.

Here's how I feel MRA can help trans folk in certain areas and feminism can help with other issues, and then there's stuff that's trans activists need to work towards. But I am a big supporter of MRAs because for the most part is a very safe and supportive place for all trans folk. But I have also seen and experienced the unfairness and injustice in today's society.
/r/MensRights08/11/14 08:33 PM

Lol. Yep joke. And I am not having it removed. I am having the womanhood injected.
/r/MensRights08/11/14 06:47 PM

Only time I would be for making a statement/causing trouble is if trans students were actually barred from using the restroom that made them the most comfortable. though I do think that turning only male bathrooms into genderless bathrooms is bull.
/r/MensRights05/11/14 07:15 AM

This is the exact reason that drove me to MRA in the first place. I tried to get find therapy services for men DV victims. There are none. For women plenty. I had PTSD, I probably still suffering from the effects.

As a trans person I say good for them. Displaying femininity for a male is highly look down on. I still am not out be to a people and not presenting female. Because I dont want to be looked down as a freak. Not like I am going to look male for too much longer.
/r/MensRights18/10/14 08:49 AM

/r/MensRights09/10/14 11:30 PM

I think a lot of trans females fall into the trap of "I have to be all about women" And anything that isnt explicitly and completely female is bad. While I have no love for the macho BS, I am a tomboy at heart. So I have that buffer to be a reasonable human being.
/r/MensRights06/10/14 05:08 PM

As a trans lesbian, I can't see this as helping in anyway shape or form; and this needs to stop. I feel that most MRAers have our backs. While we do have our own trans issues, a lot of issues do fall into the realm of men's rights as well. I support my trans brothers 100%. And I foresee men's rights movement helping to secure a better future for all trans folk. especially since in the eyes of the law, I am considered male. I still have to deal with everything that comes with it.

ummm.. Please don't bring us transfolk in to this. As a trans lady still presenting male, I find it as appalling as you do. I would not use their service. edit we don't matter, its straight service discrimination based on sex, bring us in is irreverent.

I have to wonder if this is a power thing. She's not bad looking, I'm sure she could get sex elsewhere. And of course sex is the last thing on his mind. He's hospitalized with a serious heart problem. If it was me, I wouldnt want anything that could put undo stress on my heart.

/r/MensRights18/07/14 03:56 PM

yes, I never bought in to his "cures". But I do love the supplement of info he does bring into understanding adhd better. A lot of us adhders are highly intelligent, and have spent a long time reading up on our issue. Also eating better and managing our diet does tend to help a great deal. I know personally how food can effect my adhd management.
/r/MensRights17/07/14 08:45 PM

while those are the main things look at by the public, there are a lot of other behavior issues that go along with adhd/add.
/r/MensRights17/07/14 08:22 PM

Impulsivity, emotional control, lack of empathy, etc. also ADHD symptoms too. You should read dr. Amen's work on adhd imaging. That article reads every similar to a lot of what his work shows. Which pretty much is that one of the most common areas of the brain lacking in function for adhd persons is the prefrontal cortex. Also protip: patients often know more about their disease or dysfunction than clinicians. Personally I have read a ton of books and studies on the subject. and here is his webs…
/r/MensRights17/07/14 08:17 PM

actually that artical is pretty bad. if you know anything about adhd, it is saying that its a more extreme form of adhd.

men cry too. everyone cries. Its not manly to cry. I have adhd. I used to cry a lot. Then I got on meds now, I am in control of my emotions. Us ADHDers dont have the natural ability for our brains to regulate our emotions. So off meds when I am happy I am super happy. when I am sad I am sad beyond measure. I got picked on thruoght out k-12 because I showed emotion.

/r/MensRights25/05/14 09:14 PM

Its inequality for sure. That's what the main focus should be on. If there should be punishment at all. It should be equal.

You forget in water the 260 lb man is only about 26 lbs. And as an ex LA Co guard supervisor and trainer you better be able. If they are an active drowning victim, I can see how a large guy could be an issue but thats what the tube is for.

Ex LA Co lifeguard supervisor here. We cut no one any slack, you either lived up to the standard or you got cut. It wasnt an easy job and lifes are on the line. /r/MensRights30/04/14 06:30 PM

Ice cream?
/r/MensRights30/04/14 05:12 PM

Also dressed up for school approved function. Nothing wrong with that.
/r/MensRights30/04/14 01:38 AM
6

/r/MensRights29/04/14 09:34 PM

Sent home. Not school uniform.
/r/MensRights29/04/14 09:06 PM

Actually its bright orange and its just the flight recorder.
/r/MensRights27/04/14 08:00 PM
2

When are we getting the male birth control pill again?
/r/MensRights27/04/14 08:20 AM
1

Well i was just using the same depiction that the feminist will be using. I doubt many of them will be reading the books.
/r/MensRights26/04/14 11:00 PM
1

It went from book is better to existentialism. I am pretty sure its almost Taoist.
/r/MensRights26/04/14 10:18 AM
2

the whole" picture is worth a thousand words" thing.
/r/MensRights26/04/14 09:49 AM
3

But we arent going of the books, I am using the same thing the feminist are using, the TV shows.
/r/MensRights26/04/14 09:39 AM
2

Imagine him in a rape trial in today's court system. They would be calling for his head.
/r/MensRights26/04/14 08:22 AM
4

I wouldnt call that consenting to sex at all. She was too traumatized to say no. I would have to go back and watch it again but I pretty sure he rapes her.
/r/MensRights26/04/14 07:36 AM
4

I think its more about rape turn into consenting sex. IE No means no, until it means yes. Which I guess it was the same with Khal and the dagon lady.
/r/MensRights26/04/14 07:27 AM
13

A couple rape scenes between Khal Drogo and Daenerys Targaryen. Drogo rapes her the first couple times before she grows to love him and wants to learn how to please him in bed.
/r/MensRights26/04/14 07:03 AM
7

I have only seen the frist season, and there wwas more than one woman raped in it I believe. Correct me if I am wrong.
/r/MensRights26/04/14 06:40 AM
5

The grapist. You tube it.
/r/MensRights23/04/14 06:56 AM

I bet we both agree that it is soggy.
/r/MensRights18/04/14 12:40 AM

Water is actually moist.
/r/MensRights17/04/14 11:50 PM

There's nothing wrong with women stepping up and adding there voice. Its wrong when men at the same time asked to silence theirs.
/r/MensRights13/04/14 06:39 PM
3

Its basically calling us Fedora wearing neckbeards.
/r/MensRights12/04/14 09:37 PM
8

Well then what would you call it.
/r/MensRights12/04/14 09:35 PM
17

Damn him for opening up and laying it all out on the table.
/r/MensRights06/04/14 08:12 PM
33

First thought.
/r/MensRights31/03/14 03:28 PM
2

I know it sucks being a victim of a crime. Using a little common sense could prevent you from being one. Like it may not be the smartest idea to be driving your new BMW after dark in some of the shadder areas. I would expect to get car jacked.
/r/MensRights31/03/14 08:53 AM
1

There should be male students. When I was taking self defense and martial arts classes, I would not go easy on the girls. They would complain. And our instructor would say "you should be thanking him, because an attacker will not go easy on you either."
/r/MensRights29/03/14 07:16 AM
2

Yes, I would like to know of those 2000 tests how many ended up with a conviction.
/r/MensRights29/03/14 06:43 AM
1

Well on the flip side if I go to an event like that and don't get groped at least once I feel like I have done something wrong. I have been to the west Hollywood Halloween party many years. Every time groped by strange men and women. Then again it might be a different scene.
/r/MensRights29/03/14 01:39 AM
1

Well we should down vote and discretion those as well.
/r/MensRights24/03/14 02:40 AM
4

I believe its call lewd and lascivious acts with a minor. And rape.
/r/MensRights19/03/14 08:15 AM

Don't schools have a zero tolerance bullying policy? I mean I was bullied and picked on thourgh out school, because I was emotional, therefore an eazy target.
/r/MensRights15/03/14 09:40 PM

College is now mostly females.

Heterosexual pride, "we accept ourselves and others."
/r/MensRights15/03/14 01:00 PM

Btw Most of the time when it comes to dads and idle threats its more about dont break her heart.
/r/MensRights14/03/14 04:03 PM
3

I fully agree, but I also believe teenagers should not be having sex. Most are not emotionally ready for that type of experience. BTW, did i mention i was 21 at the time and she was 24.
/r/MensRights14/03/14 03:45 PM
5

Nothing wrong with implied idle threats. Over protective fathers used to try to scare me all the time. I just shurged it off, and laughed on the inside. I had one dad ask me to write my name on a bullet. Then again he was a gun smith and an expert shot. I still didnt take him that seriously. I just take it at what its worth. They are worried on how you would treat their daughters.
/r/MensRights14/03/14 03:04 PM

I would like to point out that women are more likely to use weapons and it goes from DV to murder that much quickly
/r/MensRights07/03/14 08:01 PM

If I hit a woman I am going to jail. If a woman hits me. I am going to jail. I learned this when my exgf hit me.
/r/MensRights26/02/14 04:53 AM
1

well I think our prison system is way to screwed up in general.
/r/MensRights25/02/14 08:14 PM
2

Its not the problem, the issue here is that if it was a male teacher, He would have got the book thrown at him.
/r/MensRights25/02/14 07:13 PM
10

IF you offend their masculinity by offering to pay, I doubt they are worth a second date.
/r/MensRights21/02/14 10:54 PM

They inject the second set of chromosomes right into the oviam/egg, I believe and the last I heard, yes, yes it is very possible. As far as I see it you can be what ever you choose to be to that child.
/r/MensRights18/02/14 07:13 AM
-4

So does that make the woman who provides the dna to another woman egg a father too?
/r/MensRights18/02/14 07:02 AM
5

Well I would say this there is a differance between being a mother/mom, ie raising them versus carrying the baby to term and birthing it.
/r/MensRights18/02/14 06:30 AM
-2

Almost what about transwomen who have fathered children. They can be mothers.
/r/MensRights18/02/14 06:27 AM
17

You mean we have to start judging people based on their actions? that sounds like a lot of work. /s
/r/MensRights18/02/14 06:23 AM
10

Ok, how can someone make light of childhood molestation? Especially about a person with a developmental disorder. That's about as fucked up as it gets. I hope you told them that they should be ashamed of themselves. I know a few people who are homeless mentally ill serve drug abuser who have more respect than that.
/r/MensRights10/02/14 08:08 AM

just remember a police officer has the chance to fuck up your world. And there are a lot of bad cops out there. So being polite to them goes a long way.

/r/MensRights23/01/14 12:06 AM

You're not the only one. My ex, beat the shit out of me and hit me with her car. And the cops wanted to try to charge me with false imprisonment, because I was sitting in the passenger side of her car while she was beating me. Lucky for me I was a complete mess and really not with it, when I got to see a female detective. I was booked at that point. But walked away with a detainment. Basically my ex told the cops that I had the keys and was holding her there. But my face said other wise. I still…
/r/MensRights21/01/14 08:21 AM

Fyi /r/TallMeetTall I have dated taller girls than me. Its a rare occurrence being I'm 6'1, but I like it.
/r/MensRights26/12/13 08:34 PM

Hey I do a nut check about once a week. Thats a first step. Second you should do a boob and body check at least twice a year. Ie give your self a breast exam and check every inch of your skin.
/r/MensRights25/12/13 06:16 PM
1

Well they do have serious effects. They should be laws.
/r/MensRights17/12/13 07:55 PM

But if the rules are discriminatory, they can be found liable.
/r/MensRights17/12/13 07:52 PM

Well it is basically a lack of neurotransmitters. And you can see immediate change with drugs. I really hate having to take them but they do help.
/r/MensRights17/12/13 01:44 AM

The cultural thing is that the china has a shame based society vs one based on guilt like European culture. You just about have to catch them in the act and call them out on it. Basically you have to publicly shame them.
/r/MensRights09/10/13 12:04 PM

They are useful in higher education. What I dont get is MLA format. That is one of the the most useless things I have learned at school. I have never used it out side of an English class. You know what would be useful, learning how to write grants. learning how to write science formats.

That sounds so exhausting to be a feminist. I'm so lucky to be male.
/r/MensRights07/09/13 08:49 AM

So male rape requires deadly force.
/r/MensRights07/09/13 08:31 AM

/r/MensRights02/09/13 10:39 PM

You know that you can get that file sealed.
/r/MensRights26/08/13 12:58 AM

/r/MensRights19/08/13 09:13 AM

The sence of entitlement is strong with this one.
/r/MensRights18/08/13 05:32 PM

I look at it as I spent all my money on products to attract a mate. And so I can feel good about myself. The idea of I made myself pretty for you now buy me things. Is crazy. Its like saying that I because I bought a gym membership and got in shape to attract a mate. Now shes got to buy me drink. I hope the laids with agree that is insanity. Side note, You have no idea how many girls I find a lot more attractive with out a lot of makeup.
/r/MensRights18/08/13 05:30 PM
2

Start gathering as much evidence as possible. And restraining order. There is still time. Its not hard to get one.
/r/MensRights13/08/13 06:42 PM
1

So vandals are the most gender appropriate. They dont care who they offend as long as they offend someone.
/r/MensRights13/08/13 06:36 PM

But those women are still highly attractive and still not tye norm.
/r/MensRights13/08/13 06:33 PM

/r/MensRights14/07/13 07:29 PM

That still sounds like a lawsuit.
/r/MensRights10/07/13 02:12 PM

/r/MensRights31/05/13 09:55 PM

I am way less likely to not be violent towards someone who hasn't been violent to me first. and by way less I mean not at all.

Also sorry, that happened to you. I have been there myself. And understand.
/r/MensRights31/05/13 05:55 PM

So her little sister was cool and the older sister was way over protective. Remember to say that you were trying to defend yourself. "I asked her to stop hitting me. She was just hitting me and me and hitting me, I was trying to get her to stop. She would not stop hitting me. I couldn't get her to stop." Seriously 99% this is the case. Btw if she says she hurt an exbf any way. That's a good indication that you might be next. Ie "he called me a bitch so I broke his nose." That was one of my exs. …
/r/MensRights31/05/13 05:46 PM
53

I think the best place to start is to teach little girls its not ok to hit anyone and yelling is not appropriate either. Then work up from there. I have had so many girlfriends over the years where they would at the very least be verbally and emotionally abusive if not physically abusive.
/r/MensRights31/05/13 04:37 PM

meaning men would stop violently assaulting us. If women will stop hitting me first. Most of my gfs have hit me in anger. I have never raised a hand against my girlfriends. I cant bring myself to hit anyone I care about.

/r/MensRights24/04/13 06:50 PM

Exactly you like them short, I like them tall
/r/MensRights23/02/13 05:38 AM

I have felt this way for a long time. I just figured out last month why I feel this way. For me dating short women feels like being with a kid. If you like short women all more for you. I have a lot of short women in my life. One of my best friends is 5'1. I respect her a ton. In HS I dated a girl who is 6'6. But she wasnt for me. I also dont like girls with hugh breasts. Deal with it.

True.
/r/MensRights22/02/13 10:51 PM

I like dating people my own height, I really do feel like I am dating a child. IT really does bother me and creep me out. Not that I have problems with other people dating shorties. Why does it bother you that I like them taller?
/r/MensRights22/02/13 10:38 PM
0

Hellz ya, I could not agree more. how tall are you anyways?
/r/MensRights22/02/13 09:57 PM

Lol, I'm the total opposite. 5'6"+ Taller the better. I have yet to find my limit.
/r/MensRights22/02/13 09:48 PM

Sure, go for it. I am actually serious about not dating the short ones. It really need someone I can look in the eye.
/r/MensRights22/02/13 09:25 PM

not to responding to online dating messages from guys who aren’t “tall enough.” I cant stand dating short girls, I'm 6'1. I understand that point. I feel like I am dating a child. I just cant do it.

This sickness me, people that return kids in the home of an unstable or unfit parent and something happens to the kid, need to be fired if not brought up on charges of child endangerment. I think the point that they are trying to make, is that dressing sluty makes you a more tempting target to these shitbags who rape. Vers just dressing nice. Kinda like you wouldn't want to leave a new BMW 7 series overnight in the seediest part of town.
/r/MensRights08/11/12 01:20 PM

Ya at least California is doing something right. Edit: this is what I learned when I went through it with my crazy ex, also document every time she tries to contact you. If she shows up at your work or home, call the cops and let them know that she is. You can also get a one placed on her. Which is what I did as well. Both were a short trem RO ie 3 months. And that was enough. At least for our case.
/r/MensRights08/11/12 05:32 AM

Its a court order and part of it is that both parties can't contact each other. They have to go through third parties like a lawyer.

My actual fav is my exgf wrote a pro fem paper on why guy should pay for date. The basic argument was that she spent time and money on looking cute, Ie shaving legs, getting her hair and nails done at a salon etc. So us male should have to pay for the date. I wanted to tell her that she was mistaken and she spent money on her self to make herself feel good and it really didnt matter what she looked like. She was a very selfish and self center person and I at the time wanted to not be in the dog …

I have the feeling she goes out more than 4 times a year. So what you are telling me that she doesn't drink but every 90 days, when she get drunk. and she just gets a baby sitter.
/r/MensRights05/10/12 02:01 AM
3

That is out of context, I said IF she is drinking all the time. I am fine with parents having a drink or two regularly, I have a problem with the heavy drinkers.
/r/MensRights05/10/12 01:51 AM

The article still glorifies the drunken parent. I am a loud to state my beliefs. Ok, here's the mens rights, if a man wrote anything like that, I am pretty sure he would be cruisfied on the 6 oclock news.
/r/MensRights05/10/12 12:49 AM
1

Oh I could care less about her exactly, I care about the message she is sending, Its ok to be a drunk parent. or just completely wasted. It's not. Parents have responsibilities. Its makes them bad caretakers. one or 2 drinks is no big deal, its when you over do it, that I have a problem.
/r/MensRights04/10/12 11:45 PM
2

First off I would have to be pretty smashed for that to happen. Second, Why are you defending her? She's calling herself a drunk mother. Her profile picture is her at a club with a drink. She may not drinking excessively every night, but binge drinking is unhealthy and it is irresponsible. Bottom line I think she is writing this blog to make herself feel better.
/r/MensRights04/10/12 11:08 PM
2

She included a picture. and she does look pretty wasted. binge drinking is still not responsible. I dont care how she is responsible in other ways. Binge drinking is grossly irresponsible.
/r/MensRights04/10/12 10:18 PM
3

let me also state while drinking in moderation is fine, but she is not drinking in moderation. She is binge drinking which not ok. Getting fall down drunk Is not cool and is still an Addict behavior. One of my best friends is in recovery, and I have met many people through her also in recovery. It is grossly irresponsible of her to get that wasted. I would be more ok with her having a glass every night then getting super loaded ever. Something always could happen to her.

BTW getting a nut shot is reportedly by science is over 100x more painful then child birth. Also men are more likely to be hit in the groin than a woman is to give birth. I mean I have barely tapped my ball in the wrong way, and frankly I rather cut my arm off, instead of feeling that pain.

I am in total agreement with you. I have talked to many people in the trans and gay community, a lot of them don't get this. It is really a shame.

I agree, as much as it sucks to be abused. I think this is more of don't stick your dick in crazy. Those girls sound pretty crazy. And he had a bad choice in women.

Well anyone who destroys some-else's property when leaving is most likely a verbally, emotionally, and maybe even physically abusive person. I think most will assume that must of cheated on her or something like that. I often assume little things got to her. Like didn't take out the trash fast enough, in her opinion or just that like i sad she is abusive person.

She needs to realize for herself what she is doing is very bad. It really sucks because I am sure that she won't change. Change of that type requires a huge shift in actions and behavior. Seeing that she is hurting him and their relationship. Couples therapy is about improving ones self for the other person to improve the quality of the relationship. Often one side needs more improvement than the other. But they must both work on themselves. From what I read he needs to work on communication of …

I 100% agree with you, but it sounds like he is staying in the relationship. So I was giving some friendly advice based on that. No matter what he should be supportive of her getting therapy.
/r/MensRights12/08/12 09:28 AM

Honestly, I believe that she could benefit from some therapy. Sounds like she is dealing with some very heavy emotional baggage. Maybe some couples therapy could help your relationship blossom as well. You at least need a very serious heartfelt talk. It is definitely something that will progress and worsen if not dealt with.

And in need for some lessons of how to talk to girls. I am sure the guys I thought were creepy thought they were polite. Same thing for women who have hit on me. I thought some creepy and some I am just not interested.

I would say it more so negative mind set than momentum. Because of social stigmas men are losing more and more ground to the feminists. They honestly like the idea of men and women being equal just that women are more equal.

How about the old KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid. You do not need to over complicate it By adding race or other cancers. It's Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, so do it. Prostate Cancer is the number one cancer for men and kills more men than breast cancer kills women. And because info is not as widely known as say many other cancers, it is very important to promote Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. KISS. EDIT: Its important to hit as wide a demographic as possible. BTW it effects women too. Well one…

I would iron the shit out of my shirts with that black executive iron. and I would totally get the axe scrubby thing because it looks easier to use then my current pink scrubby thing. yes, I said pink, you got a problem with that? sometimes a man needs to feel girly and pampered.

I know exactly what a 11 year old is capable of. Fact is she is a recovery program. Which is most likely a 12 step system. Look at steps 8 and 9. This is most likely the reason. She told her sponsor, and her sponsor told her you need to come clean.

Yeah, it sucks. I learned you can't trust the cops, there are no resources for men and don't date anyone with anger issues. I was seriously depressed for months afterwards. It took me a year to recover. Finally starting to be happy, getting treatment for vitamin deficiencies/hormonal imbalances. They can mess you up big time. Oh and I am not the type to hurt anyone, I just don't have it in me.

You just say, "men are Getting a raw deal in anyway", you get yelled at. Case in point: I was arrested because my ex assaulted me and they assumed I was the aggressor, I got to spend a night in jail. And was only released after I talked to a detective. She never got charged. Also I called the cops.
