Except that MRAs define themselves as activists for men's rights and men's rights only, much for the same reason you won't see Greenpeace talking about cancer awareness. Feminists define themselves as activists for the rights of both genders and go out of their way to claim they "help men too", but focus only on women nonetheless. Coherency is the key here.

The Feminist concept of "helping men, too" is helping women while claiming that in doing so they help men by proxis, or just make it a woman's issue. For instance, if you bring up that male domestic violence victims aren't taken seriously, they'll use mental gymnastics and claim it's because women are seen as fragile, so it's not misandry but misoginy. It's absolutely frustrating.
