Yeah because that’s still a generalisation—the connotation is that women can be gold diggers, making it seem as though it’s a tendency that women have.

You can't say that about all women because we're all different, obviously. Some women like being alone, some women don't, because we're also human lmao, not some different species. I personally want a relationship, but if I wasn't in one, ever, I'd still content with my life. Obviously women also like sex, why wouldn't they--that's absurd. People would say men are creepy not because they desire sex but because of their weird creepy behavior. Do you honestly believe women have no desires for a re…

You know, out of curiosity, could you tell me how you would start that conversation if you were a woman dating a man who was less handsome or less funny than some previous partner?

What a strange comment—why would he need to know if his partner had a funnier or handsomer ex-partner? When you love someone, you don’t love them for facets of their personality, you love them for being them. It’s not a competition, it’s just different relations. Just because you had a funnier friend, for instance, in the past, doesn’t mean that your current best friend who happens to be less funny is somehow less of a friend or less precious to you. Besides, it would be weirder to tell them tha…

21, and I’d go maybe 3 years up and 1 year down—dating younger guys feels weird to me, and honestly I’d prefer to date someone my own age, it just feels uncomfortable with older men. Although I did crush heavily on this 26 year old dude, but that’s because he was disgustingly earnest and passionate—my weaknesses.

Fidelity isn’t a need but it’s a sign of basic decency and humanity, not to mention maturity, to not cheat and to communicate your feelings to your partner. Listen, if you’re neglected as a spouse and want to find someone else, then just tell your partner? Communicate? Don’t try to find an out of it morally. You know very well that cheating is horrible, and this is just a cope to deal with your cognitive dissonance.

Feels a bit ridiculous to do this, really. Anything I attribute to women that is seemingly inferior would also be present in men, and it won’t be true for all women. Besides, it isn’t that there are ways in which men are inferior than women and vice versa, but rather that there is a system set up that results in such behaviors—purely sociological. But here: Stay at home moms/wives—men aren’t ever expected to stay at home, and I think it’s dumb that women allow themselves to stay at home, because…

Ah well that sucks--it's good that you know your worth though, that's pretty respectable.

Hmm, I dunno, I suppose it depends on the type of volunteering. I volunteered for cleanup on farms, beaches, libraries, and parks with friends and that was a lot of fun—hard work for sure but not very serious. For the more serious type of volunteering, like soup kitchens and teaching children, I thought that was a really good bonding activity, like the sort you do side by side with someone, and even though you don’t talk that much during it, it strengthens your bond anyhow by doing something mea…

Sure! the places I usually go for is bars, cafes, museums, bookstores, parks, the cinema, or activities like volunteering, hiking, board games, movie marathons, etc.

I think this is just what the OP is saying though—a lot of the things you’ve written is what’s shown online, and not really true, or more accurately, not something that can be generalised in real life. If you approach someone respectfully, it won’t be considered creepy, and you won’t really poison a friendship if, again, you’re being polite and respectful. People aren’t illogical—and if that’s what you’ve experienced then that’s just the sort of people you’ve chosen to surround yourself with. An…

Don’t you ever invite your situation specific friends anywhere or to do activities with them outside of that?

No but genuinely, what does radical misandry entail?

I don't think there's such a thing as radical misandrist, that would require misandry to actively hurt men in real life, beyond mean comments online.

No, it’s definitely about toxic behaviour too—but I feel like you’re talking about a very specific thing. What exactly are you talking about?

? That’s just honestly untrue—if there’s any group of people that do the most infighting and calling each other out, then it’s feminists and leftists in general. Honestly, it’s a pretty big issue because you get caught up in calling each other out over focusing on bigger picture problems.

Cold approaching is alright, as long as you don't persist once the girl shows disinterest, like you said, and also to not be weird about it--be polite and respectful! Otherwise, yeah. Cold-approaching a lot would definitely lower your anxiety, and make you overthink less. I think the problem is that it's really hard to start doing it if you're already anxious generally, which most people here probably are.

No, it's not good at all, because that means at the end of the day, you see women as something other--why would you pedastalise someone who is exactly like you, with minor differences socially? That's fucked--as a woman, it feels awful, when someone behaves like that, like women are this whole other species. The existence of women is the exact same as the existence of men.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
