66	Progress is possible. I spoke up at a union meeting about paid paternity leave, got a groundswell of support, and now it's on the negotiating table for next year. Way to go! Makes me grateful that I live in Canada where parental leave can be split between mom and dad. I take it for granted that I was able to take advantage of this so easily.
