1	Why do women intentionally sexualise themselves at the gym? Do the men feel uncomfortable as a result? It’s subjective, so defining “girls that like looking at themselves in the mirror while at the gym” as solely being motivation, isnt the case. Yes for a lot of people, not just girls, it is definitely motivation. But for others, it’s because they probably enjoy staring at themselves in the mirror, due to self obsession and even narcissism. Our capitalist, consumerist society is creating a generation of young men and women who are obsessed with how they look. Instagram and social media in general has caused a level of insecurity amongst young people, that has never been seen before. Take the next step and go further through mediation. Meditating teaches us how to be present, in a world lost in its own thoughts. Meditation is the best tool I know. Seeming iphones and technology dominate society, with almost everyone constantly being stimulated now days, the crowd is never present anymore.
