$1000 a month isn't going to do much for most people. Also there is no point in paying taxes for UBI to be getting money back. A negative income tax makes more sense, unless you are taxing automated jobs to pay people a dividend.

I'm not sure where they'll go. But if it's anything like bi men, it's going to be blending in and going to a gay bar on ocassion. Conservative gay is kind of a weird position to maintain in the US, but change won't happen unless all demographics are in each of the parties. This is all in theory of course.
