Well just text her and ask her again. (Though i believe that won‘t change much) I wouldn‘t drop the class (or at least don‘t tell her it‘s because of her). That will show her that you only did this because of her andthat you‘re over invested in her. Thats non attractive behavior. She should not feel that this is a big deal for you.

When did you text her? Give her some time maybe she‘s busy. Also: ghosting happens, don‘t overthink it; you can‘t do anything anyway.
