In California it's a law that you cant discriminate against a trans employee and they have to do absolutely nothing to themselves other than saying I am trans to be protected so in Cali I could use the women's locker room pre op and be protected if it was at work I guess, and for evidence it's in every California break room by law, its the middle bottom of that big poster listing your rights that no one looks at
