Well ok.. but how do you think the accuser would declare himself/herself? I "supposedly" lied about someone raping me. I thought it was rape but it wasn't. (sad pout face) I purposefully accused someone of rape without evidence to get revenge and am thus serving time for this disgusting act. I guess you could get the accuser to say number 2 with a court document but I'm sure there will be many hurdles to get to it.

That's still too much for me.. The plastering of the face everywhere would have the public believe the overall sentence to be unjust and the judge an asshole. Ok, instead of a no fly list maybe a watch closely list? Something along the lines of a house arrest would do well to prevent this from happening. Accuser cant go out and get allegedly raped while if a rape actually did happen in the household then it could hold some water? No one except some MRAs would be fine with that 30 year sentence. Better a lighter sentence than none.

Maybe the court deems the person untrustworthy and is put on a list (like a liars list) so the offender cannot return and falsely accuse someone else? If the plan continues to be about sensing the accuser to jail then imo 30 years is too harsh for a lie.. maybe house arrest?

Egalitarians do not refer themselves as feminists. Only feminists refer themselves as egalitarian. Calling yourself a feminist egalitarian is basically the same as saying no to racism but believe that white people are the superior race. OP should totally ask for a raise. The only acknowledgeable difference between a man and a women is physical strength, so it is quite justified to make the men to do the hard labour. As long as they get something extra out of it, then it should be fine. If you don't, then just quit?
