Before I discovered MRP, I went to a counselor and told him that I wanted to work on my relationship without having to talk to my wife about it. I had already discovered that trying to 'figure things out' with her was not productive (only took me ten years to figure that out, smart cookie that I am). Luckily it was a counselor who is into choice theory (taking action) and not cognitive behavioral therapy (chick stuff). Anyway he proposed we examine a model, which was basically frame combined wit…

Ok. I bet this is causing confusion with alphas and faggots alike. I was able to see the sidebar by going into user settings and opting out of the new web site design.

This faggot (me) can't find the sidebar. I'm using Chrome on a PC. Where might I find this treasure trove?

I heard that you pass them by ignoring them. What are your thoughts on them?

Fair enough question. I suppose I was thinking of this as a forum where it is customary to introduce yourself. I suppose I hoped for words of encouragement too. Most of my immediate questions are probably more suited to a support group for skinny guys trying to bulk.

Sex life was fine until she got the number of kids she wanted. Wouldn't say I'm in a hurry to pull the trigger. I believe I have at least two years of weights, reading, and nurturing behavior before I would make any ultimatums. I have three boys who I need to model some better behavior with, so no benefit to me or anyone if I jump to the end. I regret not paying attention to the gym earlier. My attitude at the moment is that the weights and the diet have to be permanent life changes. Not a last …

Would this be an objection to lack of added value?

I believe this. I'm just getting into a lifting routine for the first time in my life. I'm 39. The other day I got a bit worked up, during my work out, and punched the door frame hard enough to alarm the kids upstairs. Anyway, this skinny computer nerd doesn't typically go around trying to beat up door frames. Seems change is coming.
