How do you feel about future artificial wombs? The majority of women who are in the situation where an abortion is considered are already parents and make a decision based on whether or not they can provide for said baby while still being able to care for their existing children. In an artificial womb scenario, I think more would appreciate the option of being able to "Adopt out" the fetus at the beginning of a pregnancy. | /r/MensRights | 09/05/22 06:13 PM
Regarding the various recent assaults on abortion rightsI am all for financial emancipation and pro-choice. I really don't feel like the two are comparable. They are both evil in their own right (forced birth and forced CS), but they are like apples and oranges. Especially considering that women can withdraw from parenthood via safe havens, but also there are physical alterations that are permanent in some women after having a child. Men have little choice. My partner just got slapped with $15K in back support for kids we share 50/50 with the mom and… | /r/MensRights | 04/05/22 04:09 PM
Regarding the various recent assaults on abortion rightsI agreed with you when I was younger, before I had gone through pregnancies. I couldn't imagine going through an unwanted pregnancy. Some women breeze through it, others don't. The majority of abortions are done by mothers who already have existing children. This ban will harm men just the same as women. | /r/MensRights | 04/05/22 04:06 PM
real Domestic Abuse statistics is ignored.Yeah, because people talking about it and sharing their own experiences, fostering an environment of supporting men through their experiences doesn't help you at all. Fuck outta here with your misplaced petulant attitude and get over yourself. | /r/MensRights | 28/04/22 09:01 PM
real Domestic Abuse statistics is ignored. The JD trial is bringing so much of this to light. It might not be a perfect example, but the tables are slowly turning towards actual "equality" here. I don't think we will ever truly get there, but this is a big step. | /r/MensRights | 28/04/22 05:33 PM
Thoughts on circumsisionDid they already try a dorsal slit? And steroidal creams with stretches for 3 months? | /r/MensRights | 09/04/22 04:21 PM
Just had my first son.....From nurse' perspective, mom and babe are the patients so some of the paperwork has to be signed off by the patient. The birth certificate thing really messes with my brain, though. I never understood how moms had such power to not put dad's name on it. | /r/MensRights | 01/12/21 08:13 PM
I am not having my baby circumcisedI vehemently am against circumcision. We as parents do not have rights to our childrens' bodies like that. Altering their bodies for antiquated beliefs and understandings. | /r/MensRights | 25/11/21 05:43 PM
