Thanks so much for this post. The last few weeks I've taken cold showers and done beginner meditation vids on YouTube and I feel absolutely amazing in every way. Especially the showers, burning tons of fat, testosterone way up, physical well being very high. I feel relaxed and awesome. This guy speaks the truth guys!! Cold showers and breathing exercises I recommend for all

I've been 2.5 weeks straight with cold showers and only walking for exercise, and I've lost 10 pounds and testosterone definitely higher and feel amazing physically. I normally enjoy and finish these kinds of articles, but I couldn't make it much past the text box of "no real tendencies of hypergamy were found", source "a 1960s paper". Wow well that must make it true!!! The author is so misguided, and quotes the usual dumb stats about college degrees and divorce, etc, blah blah blah. I love that articles like these are being written at all. Because it makes the average person who doesn't know about MGTOW or MRA or whatever notice, and perhaps do some researc…

For a MGTOW specifically, I think "The Predatory Female" is the perfect place to start someone you want to help, because it is short, concise, hilarious, and thought-provoking. It's also free in online format, although I don't know how to post the link. And more than anything, it emphasizes THE #1 rule of MGTOW: DO NOT GET MARRIED. Also I love that it was actually written in the 80s or early 90s, which shows you its timeless properties. You can see the author's struggles and realize "geez, even …
