Both are old men. Exactly proving my point. Prime women 18-24 want youthful men with fashionable and cool personalities. More than they want a guy who pumps iron in the gym. There’s no doubt about it. Gym time would be better spent building propenquity with the girls social circle

No the caveman would be having an orgasm in a grocery store. They weren’t inherently evil it was the world around them and the pressures to stay alive that made them hunt ect. What you should do is rest relax and eat enjoyable but natural foods. Working out is damaging the body and most us do it under the illusion that it will make us “alpha” for the hot girls. But this, as I’ve tried to prove is a projection of what we like onto what hot girls might like

Again you’re projecting your world view onto people you don’t know. The amount of of projecting men do is astounding. The reason you assume these girls are doing that is because you know (with your rational brain) you’d do the same, given her circumstances.

This is how men judge others. And then we project that women see people the same way we do. Muscles probably matter a lot more to men than women and we project this onto women.

The debate I’m bringing into question is how many hours spent in a room moving objects up and down purposely is sufficient to reap the rewards. There should be an effort to make it quick as possible. I know guys who live in the gym and it’s very depressing quite frankly. Good looking men who spend hours pumping isolation moves and looking in mirrors. — obviously there is a social element to it as they have built a form of status in the gym environment.

The return becomes diminishing the longer you do it. Obvious

I have and do lift. I did so this morning. But I constantly question myself and my own actions.

If it takes away from time spent making money. Also most people are close to maxed out who lift frequently. So their gains are very diminishing.

The goal of life is to mate with the prettiest highest value female you can find. Not to admire a chiseled body like some Patrick Bateman psycho Get rid of the ego and understand the human organisms purpose.

The advantage of not lifting is added free time. There’s also a silly argument that trump makes that the human body has only so much energy on any given day like a battery.

Not at all. I want to believe working out will help me. I’ve done it since a young age and considered being a personal trainer. But it’s a lot of wasted time spent alone inside a gym. Imagine if you showed a caveman this he’d laugh his ass off. Working out is something he’s been trying to avoid doing

You’re almost making it sound like some form of population control. The people lifting benefits are those who can make money from it - personal trainers, fitness models, athletes ect The second group is people who are outside of their healthy BMI. For longevity walking is the best (and most evolutionarily natural) Lifting heavy especially stuff like decline bench press is a terribly unnatural move and causes unnatural rises in intercranial pressure. Having said that I do workout minimally. Mostl…

The truth is hidden here. Lifting is associated with “gains” It’s primal human nature to want to associate each day with improvement of some kind. If you can trick your mind into believing each night you go to bed you are better than the morning then you will be happy. The key to happiness is continued growth- delusional or real.

I’m talking about pre puberty Bieber The point is that status won’t trump lack of indicators of sexual maturity (looks). Or the opposite too many indicators of age (trump)

Take home message - go buy a bunch of knock off gucci shit and jewelry. Just kidding. A problem is that status is not easily defined. And might as well be a synonym for “that which is good”. Because at its core status should mean level of “attention” (ie:fame). But Gilbert Godfrey and Donald trump are not sex symbols despite having huge amounts of status. In order to counter the status argument we’d have to find things that are low status that women put up with. Well we can all think of examples…

i've entertained the idea of watching shows of guys who are seen as sexy by women to look for mannerisms and other things I could pick up. Mcdreamy from Grey's is an example, because he's actually not that young looking yet the college girls all love him.

Also the notion of "ALPHA MALE" is overblown IMO. Ross Jeffries makes a good point on this topic. We;re not apes anymore and if we were to adopt that line of reasoning then the ABSOLUTE largest males would be getting the pick of the litter. (The 300 + 6'4 + guys)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
