This is the way, don't be swayed by the stereotype that men should always treat the girl on a date. If you're not comfortable about it, talk to them upfront and be direct that you two should split the bill.

I'm wondering... If she has no right to parole and she got a life sentence, why doe's she have to be alive then? For what exactly? To put more in danger (god knows how she'll looses her shit and go wild on other)? How exactly does she contribute to the society? All I see is a psycho with no chance of being normal, so... Why bother keeping her alive?

Straight up lying to hide evidence that would have shown the defendant innocent before he was even being charged. I hope he sues the fuck out of them for what they've done, and the detective who hid the evidence charged for his corruption.

She won't serve a day. No doubt they'll spin a story that "the relationship was abusive and his violence made her feel so unsafe she lied just to get away from him". She'll get a suspended sentence if he's lucky.

That's a fucking disgrace, and incredibly concerning as someone living in the U.K that the police could be so incompetent and/or corrupt. Regardless of the outcome to the trial that mans reputation is fucked for life, even after being proven innocent there's no coming back from being plastered on the news as a rapist.

I think you're missing the point. Texts found from her asking him for sex, then she lies to police about not being attracted to males despite her having a rape fantasy? This screams fucking crazy and the prosecutor should be charged for withholding that information.

What kind of world do we live in where a woman contributing less than 30k a year is somehow entitled almost 2m in a divorce settlement, and this is considered a win for the man. Obviously this is part of what you agreed in the prenup, but the lengths you had to go to just to ensure half your life's work didn't get handed to a wife who cheated on you is absolutely insane. Sounds like you handled this as well as you could have though.

Jesus the Facebook comments on this are horrific. This is a post from someone who is commenting on about 'male entitlement' and all the usual pish "In celebration of International Men's Day: The male is a biological accident: the Y (male) gene is an incomplete X (female) gene, that is, it has an incomplete set of chromosomes. In other words, the male is an incomplete female, a walking abortion, aborted at the gene stage. To be male is to be deficient, emotionally limited; maleness is a deficienc…

God this irks me. Can anyone provide any links to studies debunking the wage gap myth please? All my Facebook is taken up with bloody wanna-be feminists just sharing random click-bait links about the wage gap not being fixed until the year 2150 -.-

That bitch got knocked up by someone else and lied to him about being the father to her child for 10 months. Not saying it's right to punch anyone however as far as excuses for an outburst go, that's pretty good in my book.

I was in a similar situation but with my step dad. They got together when I was about 13 and I never understood the emotional manipulation my mum put him through until I was older and found TRP. My mum was single mother who didn't work with 3 kids to 2 different dads and neither of them were ever around. This resulted in my mum hating all men which then resulted in my very BP upbringing. After my step dad came on the scene I went on numerous holidays and my standard of living improved drasticall…

I like cooking too but damn, 2nd date and you're confident cooking a meal to impress in an unfamiliar kitchen? That's impressive!

Can anybody shed some light on DMT? I've seen some documentaries on this before and to be honest the general outlook on it was that it can be very useful for self-improvement. I've heard people like Joe Rogan go on about the benefits he got from it. I've taken acid, mdma etc etc but DMT is something that's caught my interest for self improvement reasons rather than the reasons I've taken the other shit.

Probably fake, but still. Imagine the utter disgust and outrage there would be if this was a 32 year old man, doing this to a 17 year old girl despite being told no.

I see they have his face plastered on news articles about this, yet they can't even name the real villain here?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
