| 14 | Break-Up Survival Guide 🧘♀️Video games get a lot of hate, but after my very physically abusive marriage of 10 years ended, it was all that got me through. I didn't play constantly, but I did play some everyday. It was like being in a different reality and I experienced far less pain. I would just hang out with my kids and play games with them or just watch them play for a while in the evening.
