I also couldnt back sleep after i tried it out in , i laid awake for 2 whole nights and almost quit , but i did it with 3 important changes : 1 - Take a thin blanket and spread it out , then lay your head in the edge of the blanket and use it as a really thin pillow - then crumble the sides of the blanket till your head is completely surrounded by a kind-of resistant wall - which will prevent you from changing your Position ( sie or stomach ) / turn your head sideways in your sleep ( which is bo…

Hello , im a young reader from germany who read the first two books multiple times and i just instantly ordered the third one - i hope it stands up to its competition . Aside from that , i really feel like your books are like the basic textbooks of Redpill/Positive Masculine Ideology and do a great job in professionally explaining the most important principles in a neutral , rational way . Its a pleasure to read them just to remind myself of the core principles from time to time and it is helpin…

I agree and i disagree. I agree that its the first stepping stone in a long road , but i also disagree , cause Rollo repeatedly rejects the highly technical aspect and he enforces changing your character as a whole instead of just repeating the technique without learning for yourself and experiencing / evolving . I think he delivers a truly great foundation for a better life and this should be held in high regard . If you are too stupid/beta too understand the concept and are just searching for …

I feel like it forced me to step back from the painting that is my life and to see it in its real colours, to realize what is wrong with this world, with me and what i have to do to get what i want. And lately ive been making great efforts to get back into life and make my dreams into goals, but i feel like i need more dis…

Why so much meat ? that isn't good either . Im not fst and completely aggree with your Statement , but too much meat is neither healthy nor " manly " . Thats also a lazy way of thinking , learn about cooking and start to prepare yourself healthy Food with less meat and more diversity . I've recently started to follow a strict diet : as little sugar as possible , no nicotine , coffeine , alcohol , only one meal with meat a week , only water , Tea and juice with 100% fruit , a wide variety of vege…

Its the strongest form of instant gratification , which leads to destruction of your own motivation by giving you the achievement without the need to sacrifice just a little bit of your precious energy to reach it naturally .
