I find it weird anyone thinks being a parent should be paid. But regardless, she is pregnant. If anything she shouldn't be working so much overtime. He needs to act like a man and work himself because who's going to be at the baby's beck and call? The wife. If he hasn't bothered getting employment before such a major life changing event, then he still won't once the baby is here.
