Your one sided bias is showing. Let's just forget about the false accusers and gold diggers because it's okay for that shite. They don't count.

In all honesty if she didn't kill me and did that, Jail or no jail I would cauterize her vagina and cut off her breast. What goes around comes around. She got off way too easy.

What I find absolutely strange is some dick from the republican party didn't rescind/vote/hide in other bills a way to stop this, since it came from a democratic president.

I actually agree with you about murder. They are putting him into a corner where he will lose his job and go to jail for not paying maintenance on a place he doesn't live in for the rest of his life and while he is keeping that up he might have to live in his car but she took that too. Way too much wrong going on here. The judge is committing a crime here because that damn sure wasn't justice. This is what going to cause murder in a lot of divorces. It should be evenly divided and there wouldn't…

Murder is never justified. I said that this made me realize that this is a large reason people kill their spouses. When this kind of crap happens. She got half I would understand but what they did here to him would make me want to devise a way to rid the world of a shitty judge and a gold digger to better the world for JUSTICE. There was no justice here. He has to live with the threat of prison for the rest of his life to keep a gold digger up. That's reason enough for me to understand why he wo…

I've always wondered why people often murder their spouses instead of just divorcing them. This gave me an epiphany as to the major reason.

So how is that done, if I've never knew it existed? How do I search for it with the great reddit search engine? I would hope the judge has the sense to throw the book at her and apologize for the trauma caused to the guy by that cunt. I don't think it's rape when both agree that they want to have sex. To me rape is when you assault someone sexually without their consent. The age law should also consider the situations of the event ie they both did it, they were all ready promiscuous before the event. The maturity of both partners have to decided per individual not by generic age. While I do absolutely agree there should be an age to consent law and I'm not talking about changing that age it is a decent age for the limits of a…

So you are talking about .0000000001 percent of society? All I'm saying is the woman knows what alcohol does and she continues to drink it with the purpose to get drunk and for simplicities sake have some fun. She is responsible for herself just like a man is responsible for himself. If she gets behind a wheel in a car when drunk are you going to blame males for that too? So according to you it the men's responsibility to watch over the girls and not let them drink alcohol. I sent a letter asking them does this photo with blurps convey a stay safe or to learn message? I didn't think it does instead it implies that these 3 were at a public store drinking beer and planning their next rape session, That the police are inept or the school covers up rape. Easy, it's a blood borne disease You get it by getting their BLOOD or BODY fluids (which always has blood in it) mixed into your blood By any route that gets it into your blood system. This would have to be immediate due to how fast the virus becomes inactive in hostile environments. You so sure about that? It is important to know that a person can live with HIV for many years without developing AIDS or any symptoms of HIV infection. This is why it is important to be regularly tested for the virus. Even if a person does not know they are infected, however, they can still transmit the virus to other people through unprotected sex and other risky behaviors that directly expose other people to their blood, semen, breast milk, and other potentially infectious bodily fluids. If I was the one that caused it I would hope I would be more angry at myself. Still it really is what happened that would be most important. For each person it would depend on the situation. I never said such thing, don't image anyone would want to be raped and wouldn't I wouldn't hurt them intentionally even by being callous. But giving people free reign to accuse rape without checks in place is what is truly disgusting.

Wow neither is going to jail, losing you wife, kids and friends, wasting time in prison for something you are totally innocent of. Just look at that case where that girl got a million dollar from a school because she said some guy raped her on campus. 10 years latter she gets caught talking about how she put an innocent man in jail for rape. She blew the million and is on food stamps. You want to give a #$%^ like that immunity. NO NOway,Nope.

Here's a quote from Mary Koss, the person who manipulated the data to get it to say that 1 in 4 women have been raped: We worked diligently to develop item wording that captured men’s sense of pressure to have sex and draw their responses into an appropriate category of coercion instead of to rape items. Mary is going our of her way to hide male rape victims, and recategorize them as she wants. And this is the prevailing lie that society is taught. Men, inherently want sex and use it as a means …

You want them to discuss world problems or get on with their prom? They discussed what they deemed relevant you seem to want to make it a gender/race issues perhaps they can discuss that when the kids are going to listen to it. The kids have the prom on their mind not world issues. As far as the stats on the table go I saw it and you explanation as to why they didn't put up the male stats for 12 months is curious, where did you come up with that? Wut? Where in the hell did that come from about blacks stealing? I'm not going to nitpick here but why exclusive seminars or classes? Anyone can go to a self defense course but if they want exclusive they can pay for private instructing on self defense. Seems to me they would be in different locations to make these discussions how tacky if they did it in the same room. The thought that that stigmatizes 100 percent men is childish. Now don't get me wrong but the prom committee could have discusse…

That's a broad reach there to say I don't think women can harass men and that would be wrong. I would say all parties are part of the discussion as much as it would concern them. Beside it just looks funny in my mind seeing a bunch of women running around in prom dresses chasing down men and raping them on prom night we better get right on that issue...
/r/MensRights30/10/13 01:53 AM
2

You read the table wrong it seems the stat for the men was in their lifetime while the women it was 12 months. The lifetime of women was 22 million but nothing for the males for 12 months not sure why though. Why would it be vague that the genders have different issue? No I really don't have an issue as to how the OP school handled it, Besides I don't know what all they discussed we can only go by what he says.
/r/MensRights30/10/13 01:48 AM
2

It is in reference of what was being discussed in the meetings it seems the OP ignores this fact to make all things equal and you carried it on for him. I was stating a reason that this subject could have came up. If I posted my reply as how you have written it then my mind must of have been discombobulated from the medicinal MJ. Waiting on a buddy for some more of that wonderful medicine.
/r/MensRights29/10/13 08:57 PM

Umm so let's just ignore the fact that one gender tends to be physically stronger than the other or the fact that teenagers are raging packs of hormones at that age. Don't get me wrong but what little I remember of that age was All I ever thought about was getting pussy and partying. I'm sure pussy was on my mind 97 percent of the time hell even in my sleep it was pussy on my mind. Yet I grew up to what I think was a decent person (at least I hope so). I've never raped any one nor have I killed …
/r/MensRights29/10/13 01:12 PM
2

Well yes I do but that isn't the biggest problem that that gender is having. It seems you just want to make it an issue just to prove equal rights. While I respect your rights on this issue, It isn't the prevailing problem at hand. I don't see a world wide problem of females going around raping males. In fact I think both of the problems stem from binge drinking in this situation and that both could of covered that more instead of singling out opposing gender issues.
/r/MensRights29/10/13 01:02 PM

Seems they have two different problems covered with the gender most affected by the problem problem affecting that gender. I would think you are making it more than it actually is.

That was really vague. From what I am getting from your post anyone else causing an abortion is murder but the woman getting an abortion is not. If I follow what you post then it seems the doctor performing the abortion is a murderer and I just can't go that far. I'm more inclined to go with will the baby or does the baby have a chance of living outside the womb and if the baby can live outside the womb then it becomes murder. Till that point is reached then it's an abortion.

Either I just got dumber or you are talking gibberish. As far as to your opinion it is noted. As to the judgement of your opinion, it has less than .0002 of logic. Try harder okay. Look people make decisions daily that could ruin others lives or careers. Bosses, judges, police, fire dept, insurance, doctors, irs, bankers, and even the person next to you...The list goes on and on. So could you explain the ridiculousness of it?

You can't call that murder for the abortion unless you change the law saying all abortions are murder. The DA is overstepping, to call this murder because the girlfriend has the right to abort at six weeks and beyond. Does the medical profession actually call the fetus at six week an "able to live out of the womb" life? If you use the idea that this would become life then wouldn't that mean all the eggs in a woman would also become life so all monthly menstrual abortions are murder then? I think…

Were all three of those women his date? I don't think so, because he walked/Snuck off. These girls should not have been there unless they all were planning to have sex with him. Then I doubt he would have left. To much missing from this story...

Let's see, I have some buddies in jail 2 of them for over 7 years let me ask them again how nothing ever happens to child molesters in jail...He told me to take your stereotype and smack you over the head with it. Both said yes it is true about the stuff happening in prison. So I will take their word over yours. Another stereotype going on is the "tattooing" both are covered and have not seen each other. To me whether you want to politically correct it or not,or say it's a morally bad thing to d…

Well then, they should come forward and lie to put people in jail? So why would I care if they come forward at all? If you were trying to imply that witnesses/victims wouldn't come forward if they thought they would get accused of lying and be punished for it... Then find a better way but don't excuse intentional lying to imprison somebody. In this case for over ten years. There's no excuse for this, imprison her for half the years she made her father stay in prison or at least the same amount o…

I presumed he went to jail for ten years. I presumed his daughter said he raped her then 10 years later recanted. Let's see the odds there's a chance where ever he goes to prison there are going to be hardened/serial rapist, murderers, thugs, and gangsters let's go head and throw a few innocents in there to spice things up. Ten years equal 3652.5 days and not one single convict attacked him or molested him. He didn't have to give up his "desserts" for protection and he didn't live in solitary co…

You say and I quote "if a person who made an acusation at 11 years old should be charged after recanting many years later, I live in a world that is dealing with that. " My question is What? "We shouldn't focus on punishing people for a) old offences and b) coming forward if there is a lack of evidence for conviction. " That offense was on going for years, it never got old, till the day he got out of jail. He needs justice and restitution. There's no sense in blowing this into a world case, this…

In court that's called perjury. Yes you go to jail if caught lying in court.

Wait till it's you or your son/brother/friend... The Prosecutor is just wrong in this case. I understand going case by case but in this one the girl had plenty of time to fix this but she dragged it into 10 years. That girl is a bitch and yes she is broken beyond redemption. I don't wish it on nobody but that bitch should learn what real rape is and what real prison time is because you can bet the "innocent" man did.

What world do you live in that people will go to jail freely for some crazy girlfriend/wife/mate that gets mad and yells rape every time she decides to get rid of her new boyfriend/husband/lover? I know some people Will abuse the system and since they are not going to punish them what is going to stop that?

What about the ten years that have passed with an innocent man in jail? She should have to pay for his time. She didn't stop this crap which she could have at any time. This is bullshit.

But this mans life is ruined, this is bullshit. Keep doing that to men and you will make murderers. Look at it this way if a man will lose his life, liberty,Time for false accusations of rape then go to jail any way. What's to stop them from venting/killing the women who did this evil crap in the first place? There must be justice or people will do their own justice.
