My period makes my mental health fucky too, so I wanted to be able to tell where I was in my cycle, so that if I suddenly hated all my clothes and wanted to quit my job, or I'm crying at Tim Hortons commercials, I would know to attribute it to my cycle instead of upping my dose. I've been using Clue for years now, but they recently disabled showing the full ovulation cycle, I think bc they didnt want women using it as birth control....
