When the police showed up the only real question they had was what I did to provoke her. In fairness to the police I would not have believed me either. Never beat a patron and only once wanted to and had to be held back by other security. But that ass used my head as a punching bag while I was dealing with the guy that was beating his ass. 2	Why are women paid the same as men for jobs they are less capable of performing? From my experience (5-6 years bouncing) female bouncers are a little different from their male counterparts but are just as important to have in a club. The girls I worked with were just as willing to get physical with patrons as the guys, but yes less capable of manhandling a drunk man.
