Cheers dude, I'm pretty proud of my accomplishment tbh. Several hours of research and a little trial and error to dial in the ratios. I typed up the recipe for a couple dudes at work after banging on about my enchiladas and chuckling about spending £25 on chillies and spices when I got paid (I stocked up on 5 batches worth of chillies and a good supply of annatto).
