1	I wanna know what’s the thing that’s holding people back from being confident person , the person who talks to everyone in a cool way being loud enough to be heard not shy or hesitant to speak in that way rather than speaking in a soft way , talking to everyone , being themselves with everyone Fair point but with what I said above about my experiences. I was young. A lot of the shaming from my family happened before I was even 10/11. I didn’t realise that you could think otherwise. I didn’t understand that I didn’t have to listen to them. I was too young to not be influenced by them. Sure maybe other people may have been but I personally was not. Sure maybe this is true for some people. But personally I couldn’t give a fk about ‘breaking the social stigma or norms’ or whatever. I’m perfectly fine trying different things and actually tend not to follow everyone else just for the sake of it. But, I have really low confidence and bad self esteem. I’m very insecure and am also shy usually. I’d argue that this was largely due to 1.
