Get a dog. Get involved in a community (church, club, etc). Spend time with family or friends. Just build connections and have social interactions with whomever. Get busy. These are the things that keep me from being lonely most of the time. Do what you want. Date if you want. I would suggest being very intentional with preventing pregnancies or getting your emotions too tied up with a girl to the point you may make life altering decisions. You know the dangers.

To me mgtow is mostly just withdrawal from marriage and living together. I am not opposed to short term dating, but currently have no interest. I associate with female coworkers who can be very intelligent. I would consider being friends with someone regardless if they are a women or not. I do not believe so. I think in general terms. I see MGTOW as something I will practice for my entire life. It is not something I would question drifting away from, but I do question how it will impact life in the future.
