You both are rationalizing the loss of an ex towards „it was her fault“ so you dont have to face the truth. Maybe I am right, maybe not.

You have not done the basics! Start with WISNIFG and NMMNG.

True. Holding onto resentment for your wife is just your excuse to not have to look inside yourself and rationalize the easy out - aka. running away/divorce. Read „the courage to be disliked“ by Ichiro Kishimi. The books explains what I just said in detail. Deap breath - head up - stfu - go to work. (you can do it!)

Thanks. Any special advice on how to control the anger in such situations and react like you said? (I had a bad day that given day. Situation happend. Felt anger and overwhelm. Told them calmly to go find another man to act to like bitches, turned around and left the house - calmly/no doors slamed) But truth is, I was unable to come up with a better reaction or respond with humor aka AM. How can I do better aka not be influenced by anger when the same situation happens the next time?

I read NMMNG and reviewed it just now - there is nothing in it that tells you how to deal with your mom and sisters after you went RP. If I overlooked it, please let me know the section/page numbers.

Ever thought about it the other way round? Seen through girls eyes: this man wears a wedding ring - he is taken by another woman - so he must be "good material". Should work as well, or am I missing something?

Great Post! Can you expand on sorting out PE - or point me in the direction of a possible solution/subreddit? That would be great!

Well, seems like I have been right. Why do you think I say this? Think hard. No hate involved here!!

Surround yourself with people who have achieved already what you want to achieve/are ahead in that journey. Google: 5 Chimp Theory. Applies to parents as well - if they are negative, non-supportive, cut the time spent with them to an absolute minimum. (talking from my own experience.)

Next. It is often easier to just get a new target than trying to recover.

Dead wrong. On the other side you are dead right. Depends on whether you REALLY want to improve.

First of all: be proud of yourself. You are good as you are! My SO is the same as you - so I know the issue first hand. It is a fact that most other women who say mean things because they envy you/would like to be like you. Stay true to yourself. There are real men, Alpha + RP (obvious) out there - one day one of them will approach you. The thing is that they are just so damn rare - and you may not find them in a Club...

Swallowed the pill three years ago. Been banging sluts ever since. I'm not enjoying it as much as I could. I'd very much prefer to have a steady LTR, but I know that isn't the best of ideas. Have yet to find a woman who is worth it anyways. Feel you - banging sluts was not fulfilling me neither. REg. 50% of marriages end up in divorce: what was a big eyeopener for me, this number is not the AVERAGE, the distribution is very lopsided, think "8020 principle". A few peeps divorce many times in thei…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
