I hope this isn't off-topic, but I sometimes wonder if Red Pill is for the masses or for The Few? I ask because you said success nowadays requires being an outcast. What's your statement here? We're talking about cultures, right? Nietzsche's master morality vs slave morality holds a lot of wisdom. Yeah, he was non-functional and ended in a ten-year coma. Yes. For me nihilism means dismantling every belief so I can truly understand myself. Of course even my belief in understanding is a thing to be dismantled. It's about a relationship with "myself" and "the world." I haven't read that book though. Nihilism only appears bad when it opposes a belief you once held central.

From experience I can say that it's much more difficult to be happy when you're poor. If you've ever been malnourished, threatened with eviction, using your internal energy just to maintain patience while fighting rage and despair, you wouldn't say that money doesn't contribute to happiness. Of course many people are slaves to money and destroy their own potential for happiness and power. I think this is what you're talking about. Money matters.

Right now we've been anthropomorphising AI, struggling to mimic human intelligence. I doubt AI will do human tasks as well as humans any time soon. I definitely know people who are hostile for the pure joy of causing suffering. It strengthens them emotionally. This is not my disposition and this behaviour would eat me up inside, so I am moral partly for selfish reasons. I know myself. But my morals are my morals and I would be a beta fool to expect others to comply. There is no point talking about objective right and wrong, as if it's some magical force from Lord of the Rings. That's a dangerous distraction.

The problem is this: the advancement of science has disproven the literal truth of many Biblical tales, and myths are less powerful when they're understood to be "just stories," even if they're useful. The ubermensch has to consciously create his own story, and he could use those biblical stories, but he is the rare man who can reshape himself based on his conscious ideals. The whole concept of self is an illusion, largely bred from the same 'language virus' that perpetuates religion. If there is no self, there is no 'real' you. Thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and a body. All of which can be steered in a specific direction, for a specific purpose. The minds becomes more free and powerful when certain illusions are let go.
