For me it was simply the realization that NO ONE GIVES A SHIT how well you did. All the achievements and sense of accomplishment you get from videogames are totally meaningless. Here's maybe a more practical solution? Get a touchpad mouse and throw out all your other mice.

I think even a redpiller would find a female virgin past 25 to be an oddball. It's a question of whether she saves herself for committed relationships or not, so a woman in her late 20s ideally has had maybe 4 partners. This makes sense based on the assumption that women care more about a stable, committed relationship and men care more about sex. In your example, a woman COULD just go have sex, and she doesn't, so something must be wrong with her. TRP says you don't understand what women want.

The best solution is to keep lifting until it is obvious even with clothes. I've never gotten the impression that TRP promotes stoicism and limiting your word count. It's possible to talk without spilling your guts. It's possible to be witty and playful while maintaining frame; in fact maintaining frame often requires it, eg A&A in the face of shit tests. A few thoughts that might help. These are really just points I took longer to grasp than I should have, though this feels like a seddit type thing more than trp...
