Being sexually desirable is only part of it, especially if you want a responsible woman who doesn't just sleep with anyone. Vetting is in order because she is looking for a man who can and will provide for his children. This is all subconscious, but it's real. Nearly every negative stereotype about women is just a projection from men. Half the time they don't even make sense .
