| 6 | Male privilege on display in Cringe! This is exactly what my coworker faced. He decided he wanted to divorce his wife, and of course she ended up with the majority custody. She had no job their entire marriage and he was working a lot of overtime (60-70hr weeks) to support her and three kids. She decided she wanted to sleep with other guys so now my coworker pays her 1100/week for alimony and child support. He HAS to work overtime for the rest of his child support days just so he can keep his measly condo so he has a place to live.… | /r/MensRights | 25/07/13 04:58 AM |

| 2 | Ireland to Require Father’s Name on Birth Certificate, Still No Plans for Paid Paternity LeaveAs someone who has no clue on the subject, because I never desire for children. Why is it this important to Men's rights, to require it? Just asking a question here! | /r/MensRights | 24/07/13 12:12 PM |

| 4 | Woman kills while driving under the influence, flees the country with two young kids. She gets protection under privacy laws, dad gets to keep paying child support. In California anyways, as soon as you miss your first child support payment and it becomes outstanding, the DMV revokes your drivers license, thats right, it REVOKES IT. The only way to get it back is to pay your payment, get a letter from the state showing you aren't a "deadbeat dad" and then ASK for your drivers license back. So essentially, if you depend on your license to work, you can't even go to work, to pay your child support payment, the system is stupid. | /r/MensRights | 21/07/13 02:35 PM |
