"Talk to Everyone" - Best advice I've EVER had!Working out works wonders for becoming aware of your body while also giving a huge boost to your self-esteem, which has both helped me with my posture obviously :) I can recommend going to the gym, it's really worth the effort. Like really, REALLY, worth the effort. | /r/seduction | 29/11/12 02:23 PM
"Talk to Everyone" - Best advice I've EVER had!Yep, talking to people is the one sure way to rewire your brain into thinking social interactions can actually pay off. You can rationalize all you want (''stop giving me these bullshit thoughts, brain, you're not making any sense!''), but in my case my brain won't listen until I actually show it to him. I used to look in the mirror and look at my flaws, now I smile and tell myself I'm pretty fucking cool. I used to think about what other people thought about me after having a conversation, now … | /r/seduction | 29/11/12 11:51 AM
"Talk to Everyone" - Best advice I've EVER had! What I said above really worked wonders for me, asking people for directions. I don't know about you, but before I did this every person I saw walking on the street was ''hostile'' to me, they actually scared me because I didn't want to interact with them and I was afraid they might initiate a conversation or call me out on something (what I was wearing, how I look, w/e). Do you have the same problem? | /r/seduction | 29/11/12 11:36 AM
"Talk to Everyone" - Best advice I've EVER had!Don't give yourself the idea that you've ''lost it'' is where I'd start I guess. You haven't lost anything. Think less, react more. The important thing to realise is, is that you have absolutely no reason to impress the person you have a conversation with. A conversation is a two-way street, which I didn't fully understand before, so don't make a conversation dependent on merely your input. Stay calm, don't go inside your head to find that ''secret list of cool stuff to say'', and let things flo… | /r/seduction | 29/11/12 11:28 AM
"Talk to Everyone" - Best advice I've EVER had!Listening is the most important thing here. I'm the same as you guys, preoccupied with my own thoughts of what to say rather than listening to the conversation and responding to that. There's so much you can pick up from a conversation to actually USE in the same conversation. Once you find this out it's going to be smooth sailing from there. What I did to get started @doievenliftbrah, was asking random people for directions when I was on holiday. I suppose you could even do that in a major city… | /r/seduction | 29/11/12 09:25 AM

Protip: Practice being comfortable with yourself in every situation. Its not them, its you. You dont have to do shit, just be comfortable in every situation and the rest will follow.Eat properly and work out and see if it's still the same. Helped loads for me. I used to be afraid of being involved in conversations and now I carry them. I don't have any experience with meds, but I'd stay the fuck away from them. You have the strength to do this yourself probably, getting fucked on benzo's and shit isn't ever going to be worth it. | /r/seduction | 15/11/12 10:13 AM
