I subscribed to no fap for a while but it's mostly a bunch of beta males that got addicted to porn and have very serious addictions. Obviously porn is bad but that community is a bit toxic.

Yup yup. This is very true. Had +8-9 Latina couple of weeks ago. Second date , She appeared dtf and I can definitely tell she was ready for this dick. Reminds of a past encounter I had a few days ago. Not exactly a technical profession but I started to have a conversation of about lifting with a woman at the gym. For aesthetics (mass, definition, vascularity) use rep range of 15 -20 reps for 3-4 sets. The weight should be heavy enough to only do 15-20 reps but no more. You should be dead by your fourth set but still able to do good form with chosen weight . Can't go wrong . You will gain mass and fast if you stay consistent. Also don't ego lift. Having been raised/lived in both rural and city environment I will say this. If you want to find ass and get laid without any effort if you're already somewhat alpha hit the fucking city. Rural areas suck for having side girls, friends with benefits, anything sensual in nature. Girls in rural areas seek traditional LTR. In the city however it's like a wildlife preservation of hoes and sluts. If you're the slightest bit alpha you WILL get laid.

Just got out of high school. Got a decent job. This is speaks so many truths. My life got immensely better after the bullshit "best four years of your life". Don't be a beta and submit. Man up and do what the fuck you want ( within reason) and you'll always have fun.
