1	So I guess asking for specifics on a rape study is contributing to "Rape Culture"? Unfortunately people in the situation of being "that poor person" are, for whatever reason, ill-equipped to evaluate the validity of the consent given. The party claiming validity of the common law marriage has to show evidence of an exchange of words of intent to be husband and wife and actually presenting yourselves to other people as husband and wife.
