| 10 | It's not "some men" that abuse and rape. It's "some men" that don't.Conversely could I validate sexism as well since I was abused by women? | /r/MensRights | 07/01/14 03:33 PM |
| 1 | "Men with large testicles are less involved fathers, while small-balled guys are more nurturing: study." The study of 70 men (!!!) used to dehumanize an entire gender.I have enormous testicles. I also have relatively high levels of testosterone (They've been checked. They assume it's from weight lifting). It has zero effect on the fact that I love my son to death. I'm on leave of absence from work and hate the idea of going back. I enjoy the free time with my 2 year old too much. When I do work, it's 10 hour days. The other 3 days are spent entirely on my son. This study is an insult. | /r/MensRights | 11/09/13 01:20 AM |
| 28 | How about something positive for a change this fine Sunday morning.I never realized how conditioned I am to immediately think this is weird. I understand that it isn't, especially now being a father myself. It just clicked though, that I think this conditioning is a result of not having a father myself. Considering how many people have father abandonment issues, it could likely relate to why our society will make some horrible stereotypes when seeing good fathers. Edit: Phrasing. | /r/MensRights | 01/09/13 07:10 PM |
