If you're talking about Canada then legally it's all sexual assault quite correct which is why I said it depends where you are. Right. That's mostly irrelevant since there is an equally serious crime called sexual assault. We're in Canada, and there is no "rape" at all - it's all "sexual assault" and isn't biased against any gender (ETA: at least on paper anyways).

The only way there will be any chance of justice is if you tell the police. If you do nothing, then the chances of there being justice is basically 0. Also, by reporting it to the police you help them build a case against her, and eventually (even if not right away) something will be done. When it happens a 2nd or 3rd time to a different person, then the police will already have her name on a list. If anyone, anywhere, tells you that being drugged against your will and sexually assaulted isn't "a big deal", tell them to repeat that while you record it on your phone and post it to youtube. Then tell them to go fuck themselves. As for feeling humiliated... that sucks, yes - but it's a sacrifice you should consider if it prevents other people from being drugged and raped in the futur…

Definitely report it to the police, IMHO. You're talking about a person who is willing to drug other people to get what they want from them. These kinds of people shouldn't be out there in society roaming about.

Irrelevant. No matter what you make, there's probably millions of women in the same income bracket. Some of those women will be attractive. So pick one of those. Besides, there's a difference between being attracted to a woman, and marrying her. When you choose someone to marry, it needs to be a well thought out choice.

The question is: Was it assault because he got her pregnant, or was it assault because he changed the terms of sex without her consent? If it's the latter, then this could be used in the reverse situation ... but if it's the former, then it can't, since men can't be impregnated. (Though I don't see how this would affect child support payments either way.)
