Sure, no problem! We do eat noodles and rice, but it's usually as a side dish. Remember, carbs don't make you fat, it's too many calories that make you gain weight. Also, Chinese takeout for example is americanized, which is pretty unhealthy. Traditional chinese/East Asian cuisine is much better for you. I hope this answered your question lol

East Asian diets tend to be high in vegetables, especially leafy greens, as well as fish. We also don't eat high sugar desserts very often 🤷🏻‍♀️
