Thank you, it was actually my bf who motivated me into taking a honest look at my teeth and has brought up the idea of braces. He is honestly out of my league and a lot of people have commented on this and I genuinely think that it is my teeth that makes so much difference in my attractiveness in comparison to him!

Thank you, I recently bought an Oral B electric toothbrush - the most basic version on Amazon, and I am wondering if it'd be worth it to buy one of the electric toothbrushes with the different settings such as gum care, whitening etc?

Thank you so much, the reminders idea has been so helpful and since making this post I have been consistently brushing my teeth twice a day, sometimes even three times!

Thank you, that is true! I am super excited to get braces however I have a lot of anxiety as I am going to go to a regular dentist beforehand to get a professional cleaning of my teeth and I am worried they will judge me for how plaque-y my teeth are right now ahhh!

Thank you, the breath point is really true and I have found such a difference in my morning breath since I have taken a consistent routine with brushing my teeth and using a tongue scraper and mouthwash the night before!

Thank you! Something about your first sentence really motivated me - I find myself thinking oh once I have this 'better' product then I can start to improve myself but it's definitely just a matter of just doing it!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
