| 15 | Latch onto EVERY single compliment that comes your way.I am going to try out your advice. I definitely have body image issues and have had them my entire life. I work out like a crazy person, and eat right, but I never seem to see what others apparently see when they look at me. When someone does give me a compliment, i think they are crazy, or maybe their standards are low. And when someone says something negative, I always see it as truth.
