I suggest you seek additional sources. The author of the book you mention is not a medical practitioner. If you go to her website you can read that she describes herself as a "Fertility Awareness Educator and Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner" which is a whole lot of nothing in regards to her qualifications. First: I apologize that my verbiage with fertility methods was not clear. I would appreciate the source of where the efficacy is as high as the pill because I have not come across that in medical school. Much of your statements here are factually inaccurate. Fertility awareness (commonly known as the "rhythm" method) is 80% effective when used correctly.
