Putting keyloggers/spyware/whatever else on someones phone is creepy and called stalking. I assume what OP is getting at is that she is dishonest, but for me it seems like OP set himself up for disappointment by trying to control his spouse over something he has no control over. It's mostly not actually about the health risks involved. Personally I see this rather extreme, like getting upset with someone who cheated on a diet and then equating them to being untrustworthy or a cheater. There is absolutely nothing wrong with an occasional smoke, and OPs spouse was probably just feeling…
