Seems pretty hard to believe that no guy shows interest in you if you are attractive. Where do you spend your free time?

Not necessarily. I Think sexual market value applies to both men and women. For example a divorced woman in her 30s who is a HB8 but has kids and a dead end job has a low SMV, meanwhile a 21 year old HB8 with no kids and can chose any guy she wants has high Sexual market value.

No worries, im not an expert on this but ive been following this sub long enough to think I know what im talking about so here's my best interpretation: A HB rating is just a rating from 1-10 and the HB doesnt necessarily mean the chick is a hot babe its just the name of the rating scale. And I've never seen someone give a rating to a SMV but a HB rating is based purely on looks, while a Sexual market value is based on many things including looks, social status, financial status and more. I'm no…

HB means Hot babe, the number afterward is a rating out of 10.

What I meant by that is chubby cheeks/double chins as opposed to a sharp jawline.

Its preached over and over for a reason.. Lift. If you look at the physical shape of the men around your job/school you will quickly notice how many of them have beer guts and/or flabby arms and faces with no muscular definition. Getting in shape should be the first step in any man's journey.

I feel like these examples are so extreme and the type of shit you only see in movies. I hope Gary 2 learned his lesson.

Not OP but the the first steps should be reading the side bar and internalize it, lift, and quit porn. Then read the sidebar again.

I've seen psychadelics recommended quite a few times on similar posts. Can you elaborate on how that would help him? I'm genuinely interested.

Hey man can you elaborate on how you got started with this? I see cute girls almost every time I go grocery shopping but they always look like they're not in the mood to be bothered and I never am able to get them to make eye contact or show me any kind of IOIs to even consider approaching. I consider myself a good looking guy and make sure I'm looking decent went shopping, but for some reason I never get a girl to look at me while out in the daytime.

I can imagine the difference from 15% to 12-10% is very noticeable shirtless, but is it really that much more noticeable with a shirt on for more woman to approach you?

Those things have a rip cord that hangs down so the Gyno can pull it out when needed. It would sometimes feel it when going in at certain angles. It feels like a little piece of wire.

I agree with this, OCRs are the shit! I started off just running them for fun but eventually got good enough to be able to compete in my age group and place top 10 a good amount of times. This year my goal is to place top 3 at Spartan or Savage race. I highly recommend OCR for anyone who is into lifting and running, I can pretty much guarantee you will be hooked!

I bought the audiobook on audible already and would like a pdf to read along on my phone since it's more convenient than getting the book for now. Eventually il buy the hard copy to add to my library.

I was the same way, I would let my hair just grow and grow until it became too much work to look presentable and then would just get buzz cut and start the process again. In those days I felt like I looked decent when looking at myself in the mirror but looking back at old pictures I was a mess. I am much more confident in my appearance now that I have a consistent and clean looking hairstyle. And my barber charges 20 for the cut and I tip 5 and I try to get a cut twice a month. I dont have any …

I struggled for a long time to find a good barber and a haircut that fits my face. My best advice I can give Is think of a dude that you know with a good looking haircut and ask him who his barber is. Then go to the barber and tell him your not really sure what kind of hairstyle you want and ask him for recommendations. They deal with all sorts of guys and hairstyles so they tend to know what's up. A haircut at a regular barbershop should run you between $20-$30. As far as clothes go, I recommen…

I highly recommend checking out David Goggins book Cant Hurt Me. He also has a ton of interviews on youtube that you can check out that will definitely point you in the right direction. Start with this one https://youtu.be/5tSTk1083VY I didn't have a strong father figure either and what really helped me become more masculine and disciplined was reading/listening to men who I wanted to be like and then putting their teachings into practice. You got this!
