Makes life easier than either of way. But a lot of women know, the best way to husband up a doctor is to go to med school. School is pretty much life for the first three years. Med students mostly tend to date/hook up with each other.

My primary doctor is an internal medicine doctor. While he is fantastic for most things, he pretty much looked at my test levels, estrogen levels, etc and say them in reference range. I was at the very low range on T and Free T and very high in the reference range for Estrogens. He thought all was fine. But, I was 25 at the time. I took my result to an endocrinologist and he immediately put me on AIs. Moral of the story, see a specialist about this kind of thing.

Harder to raise three children when their mother doesn't respect you. This is very true. And, if any of your children are male, they'll get more fucked up by seeing dad getting pushed around and disrespected by mom and think it's normal. If you stay married, your best hope is that your kid is smart enough to despise you for your weakness.

This is like beta males. They aren't getting laid, so they are trying to prevent others from being laid. Misery loves company and all that. Then they don't have to feel bad about seeing thin/attractive women with the big muscly dudes they want. It's just about as effective as beta game too.

It's not about pushing them aside, it's about coping with it by yourself. People seems to act like you either talk about your problems or repress them. CBT for depression is a great example of this. You don't talk about what the root cause of your depression is, you make logical assessments of negative thoughts and disengage them. When you talk about it to your therapist, he is teaching or guiding you on how to do this on your own.
/r/TheRedPill16/04/14 02:04 PM
1

He's not telling you to repress, he's telling you to learn how to cope on your own. It has also been shown in studies that speaking about problems tends to reenforce them, so "talking it out" is generally a BAD solution.

There is that. The justice system is also built in such a way that every arrest is public to protect the government from disappearing people. Not like they won't if they want to, but it doesn't make it easier for them.

Some people find their misery in all the bullshit of the modern world. I know dudes like this. They have no cell outside their work cell and don't use it for personal use. They see facebook, twitter, instagram, snapchat, vine, etc for what it is and can't tolerate it, not even to use it as a tool

You more than likely will need somebody to assess you. Your options are Sports Physio (if you got the cash or your insurance covers it) A GOOD personal trainer that has a good rep (cheaper than a physio) Research and diagnosis your own issues. There is a lot of noise out there, but you really can't go wrong with Joe DiFranco or Brett Contreras when it comes to mobility work/issues. You have LOTS of mobility work and stretching, and core work to do before even starting to touch barbells. With squats, you clearly have a ham/quad imbalance and most likely poor hip mobility. Deadlift? you are flat out doing it wrong if you are using only lower back, you are hitting your posterior chain HARD on that lift if you are doing it properly. Military press, you are either too weak in the core or not even trying to engage the core when you lift. Chest up and core tight. Likely poor shou…

Exactly. Identity politics has destroyed leftism. I read an interesting article about how identity politics killed the Occupy Wall St movement. You take a good cause, like not bailing out bad banks and putting moderate regulations on them so it isn't a free for all, and a bunch of others co-opt the movement and kill it. Sad really.

This is true. When I worked at a popular coffee chain, a LOT of rich housewives came in during the day. The nanny was watching the kids, they'd spend an hour at the gym "exercising" (aka walking on a treadmill in yoga pants while flapping their gums at each other), go get coffee, hit on business men, talk shit on their husbands, flirt with male staff, leave their shit everywhere, then leave for lunch and shopping. Every day is a girls day out for these people.

Glycemic index is trash. Those numbers are derived from people who are tested in a fasted state and eating only that food. Of course you are going to see a huge insulin spike. Mixed meals, with carbs, protein, and fat blunt the insulin "spike" as well as fat slowing down gastric emptying. As for carbs at night making you fat? That's complete bro science. Total energy balance is what determines body weight and the gym along with macro allocation determines body composition (along with genetics).

Start-up and compete. It won't be long for companies that have that many women in power positions to crumble. They need shot callers and leaders. Women are ineffective at both. Be ready to grab business/clients when these companies crash or be there to take positions when ownership realizes what it has done.

2003 Toyota Yaris. 211,000 miles, running like a champ. I fucking love that car. Keep it polished, keep it vacuumed, keep it maintained because I care about it. It has the added benefit that women see how I take care of my car and it says something about me, apparently.

Look at it this way. When somebody says that a guy "needs" a woman, I see it as the guy being needy for attention. Having a big want for a woman as fine, as long as you have other options and aren't needy for her. Being blown away by a woman is fine, as long as you can lose her and not have it bother you.
/r/TheRedPill16/01/14 09:53 PM

There's a difference between a want and a need. I WANT women in my life, but I don't NEED them in my life. I actually do quite well without them in my life, did it for years and always take a couple quality months to myself every year or so.

Yup. My parents have super rich neighbors. They have two Toyota Camry's that are about 5 years old and their daughter drives a ford focus. They live in a middle class blue/white collar mix neighborhood as well. Four bedroom home (because three people don't need more than that!). Super interesting and grounded people.

I can still enjoy the music I enjoyed before, I just know that it's mostly marketing. These musicians are telling their audience what they want to hear from music. I believe Bruno Mars to be the biggest offender of this (even though I can't STAND his music). But, it has led me to an appreciation of others. Such as Amy Winehouse's song "Fuck Me Pumps"

I so fucking want to open up an old school "Men's Club" with leather chairs, scotch, cigars, a fire place, etc. Wonder how well that'd work out.

Once they do this kind of bullshit, I just say "Neat" and change the subject. I think I learned that from a red piller here, works very well.

I should clarify. They still found a way to use me. I should have blown them off and paid more attention to my friends. I got caught up in this "strippers are paying attention to me without me paying them" thing and listened to them drone on about bullshit. No, I'd either pay more attention to my friends or dominate the conversation so I wouldn't be bored. But I don't go to peel clubs anymore.

This video is specific for US law. You'll want to do research for your own country, don't assume anything. This may help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_to_silence#Canada

My first trip to a strip bar, I didn't buy a dance, and refused the waitress every time they came around and ask me if I wanted to "buy the lady a drink" while a stripper was at our table. I became the guy they came back to when they were bored. Got used as a time ho when they weren't making money. Learned that lesson.

The Misc is made up of some of the most alpha and some of the most beta dudes on the face of the earth. It's a crazy good place to chill. Haven't brought up RedPill on the misc or found anything in forum search, I'm sure many of the guys there are aware.

You're either being purposefully obtuse or you lack reading comprehension. The original post that you responded to was about weight loss, not being healthy. You can eat your calorie goals in cookies or what not and still lose weight. Not only that, but in your response, you didn't specify that you were changing the parameters of the conversation from weight loss to healthy. Maybe you should work on organizing your thoughts and straightening out your reading comprehension before you post.

When I was getting my Biology degree, I took an Independent study with a professor of Immunology who was a visiting prof from China. I was helping him compile data on an HIV study he was doing and we were talking about the data, risk factors, etc. He says to me "You know what we call a straight white non drug using man with HIV?" I said "No, what" He said "A liar" He was very much a straight shooter and didn't worry about saying politically correct things. It's just not how scientists were in Ch…

I'm very vocal about this. And not wanting to date single mothers as well. The slim girls trying to hook you up with their fat friend/bastard having friend will act offended and shit but they usually end up more attracted to me. Say it, own it. Don't explain it. Simply say it's your preference and move on.

I was brought up Catholic and became an atheist. Mostly because I wanted to chase tail, drink, do drugs, and party. I've been back at mass the last couple of months after about 20 years away. Let me tell you, church is a WONDERFUL place to not only observe red pill, but be red pill as well. Find a girl in the church that is a moderate but true believer, and you have a higher quality girl than 90% of the general public. My mind has been blown since I've gone back to mass. And it's been nice recon…

It's VERY true that CBT is the most successful tool in treating depression, but many times it's also used in combination with drugs. Either way, requires help, not just "going to the gym and being grateful" like the author suggests. CBT is a very complex structure that requires somebody that understands it to guide you through the process.

Yup. Teaching her life skills (cooking) is basically trying to fix her (Can't turn a ho in to a housewife). She needs an old school female role model for those kind of this, this chick is only to be used as a dumpster, OP.

There was a big hubbub about the amount of "estrogen" in soy milk and that led to the whole thing about it giving men bitch tits and what not. But, there has been zero evidence that plant estrogen binds with receptors in people. Totally different molecules and the idea has been largely debunked.

I had a woman that wanted to play this "game" with me, where we made a list of three that we could fuck. I told her no and she tried all the tricks, well, you're no fun! etc. I told her the idea was fucked up, and if I wanted to fuck someone else, I'd leave her. Kept her on a short chain, but ended up dumping her with in a few months.
