| 0 | NoFap, Science or broscience?I've been doing it for about a month now. I didn't try it when I first heard about it, because whenever I did stop, my libido dropped. I didn't understand that there was such a thing as a "flatline" period where that is normal and to be expected. That said, I'm still in that phase and still don't have much of a strong libido.
